Makes caretaking of a work in progress nice and easy. I use commenting for my Todos for a long time, but I never came up with such a good idea.

My two cents for future versions: it would be great, if we could have the ability to specify one or more locations where the plugin searchs for comments. So we could use this simple syntax in plugin development or inactive themes as well. And in addition to this: Specify the files that are to skip in the plugin/theme directory as a setting, too.
