Hello, I wonder why the plugin has been closed.
Is it safe to use further on? It seems to me, there’s not much risk to it, is there?
Or would it be better to look for another similar plugin? Which one maybe?
Help would greatly appreciated!
]]>Hello,
first of all many thanks for your good job and offer this area for support.
I activate GDPR Comments and it works for the blogposts but the checkbox for comment acceptance still does not appear in my lesson of Learndash. At the moment appears that error saying “you have to accept policy” but with no box to do it…
Is there something that I could do?
Many thanks in advance,

]]>Hi,
Is it possible to translate the setting fields content: Label, Checkbox Label, Compliance Text, etc? I’ve tried with the Loco translate and the pot file of the plugin, but no luck.
I’m using Polylang for translation of my site.
Thank you.

The settings of GDPR Comments we use are
This produces a comment form that shows fields for text, author, email + site without any checkboxes asking for consent, just like we need it. Unfortunately, posting comments is not possible because the [Post comment] button is disabled.
Enabling “Compliance Required” and checking the respective checkbox enables comments.
]]>Hi,
I am running this great ?? plugin with WordPress 5.2.1. I was wondering if you are going to update the plugin to say that it is compatible with version 5.2.1?
Thank you

saludos y gracias!
Hi! One question, is this plugin compatible with the latest version of WordPress?
Thank you!
This plugin is great. Only two things damage the stylistic impression:
#1 – The Checkbox Label is too tight with the checkbox. To force an extra space to show up I’ve put an
#2 – Compliance text. This is a smaller font than a normal/default font of my WP theme.
Can you fix this? Thanks in advance,
]]>Hey,
after not getting comments for weeks, today someone wrote me via mail that my “post comment” button is not working. And indeed, it does nothing when clicked, but only if your plugin is active. I use the plugin without the checkbox, just to put a text over the button, maybe it still checks if the box is ticked or not.
Also after deactivating the plugin, my default “save my details for later” checkbox is gone and doesn’t come back. I didn’t even tick “Disable WordPress’ default Cookies Consent checkbox”
Please help fix this mess.
]]>Hi!
My comment section didn’t have the checkbox for GDPR compliance so I installed this Plug-in and checked the boxes that I thought were necessary (honestly not sure which ones were) but I see no changes even when experimenting with different settings. It looks the same.
Howdy,
after activating the plugin I can’t seem to access the plugin’s settings page. It’s not showing up in the Settings sub menu. Clicking the “settings” link on the plugin listing page (being an admin user) results in the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
(on /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=gdpr_comments
)
Thanks!
ps. Running WP 4.9.6
