I just noticed this happening since the latest update. For example my post would have this in the HTML:

<a href="my-link.php">My Link</a>

When I looked at it in the browser after saving it, it rendered live like this:

&#8220 ; My Link &#8221 ;

…but with the ; right next to the 0 and the 1… (it was making quotes in the code block in this comment area)

I had so much problem due to this seemingly simple plugin.

Dont use it.
