Hi,
thanks for your plugin, we use it as part of BuddyPress (12.x). Since we use BBP (2.6.9) as a forum, it is ideal for our community environment.
If this isn’t already a feature of the paid plugin version, it would be great if there was an option to reflect the voting behavior of individual users in the forum (topic). So basically a public vote (as an additional option) in which the avatars of the voters are displayed below their voting bars?
That would be a great added value to the already good BBP extension.
Thank you very much.

Hi, tried your poll. I editor the Poll Settings/details do not open when checking the box…
]]>Hello! I see that in the plugins/gd-topic-polls/core/bbpress/Integrate.php in __construct we have the action that place the topic create in the topic create form and the poll above topic? Can you tell me what do I have to do to remove those action? And to create new ones I need to call something like: add_action(“place_where_i_want”, ‘show_poll_in_topic’)?
Thank you!
Hi
Buddyboss is a fork of buddypress and bbpress and normally it should work with every plugin that is related to that two.
But when I install GD Topic Polls in my buddyboss, it shows this error message and does not work:
“System requirements check for GD Topic Polls for bbPress failed. This plugin requires bbPress version ?.?.? (bbPress is not active on your website). The plugin will now be disabled.”
When I try to change the settings for the poll, it gives me a WordPress error instead. Also, when the poll is activated, I cannot see the option to create polls in topics. Please help.
]]>I’m getting the above error when trying to delete a poll or votes from within the admin panel. I believe this may have occurred after the latest update, but am not sure as this is not a feature I used often. Any advice appreciated.

I haven’t found it on the forums and not on the WordPress backend.

I just started using your plugin. I haven’t change any settings. I didn’t know the poll form was lose. Or do I have to set something for it to show in create topic form can you help me?
]]>Hi there, the checkbox to create a new poll on a topic is no longer showing up. Running bbpress 2.6.6, wordpress 5.8.
]]>Hello,
I use the buddyboss platform with the plugin GD topic Polls and they where working fine together until the last update. Now the plugin is disabled and a notice displays “bbPress is required”.
I really appreciate your plugin and I thank you for sharing for sharing it freely. I would be glad if you could find a solution to this problem.
Thank you very much.

]]>Question, how do I change the automatated colors of the results graph bar.
]]>Hi,
I’ve just installed this and have set the settings up so this can be accessed by keymaster within a couple of forums. However I am not seeing the forums option when I come to create a new topic. I have checked this with another forum role I created and when logged in as them I don’t see the forum options either.
I have purged all cache and minify settings and have tried with cache turned off.
Any pointers?
]]>Hello, I have installed and am using this plugin for my website.
The problem is, when I go to hit “Add Response” as a 3rd, 4th, etc. option to the poll, it says ‘undefined’ and I am unable to add any more.
FYI, the first 2 options do work, but I have questions which require up to 3 or 4 responses.
Please advise what to do to fix this?
Thank you.
]]>Hi, I am using GD Topic Polls and GD Toolbox Pro together.
For GD Topic Polls, I have checked Poll Icon as ‘enabled’ (Show poll icon before the topic title in various topics lists), in the Settings > Integration menu.
In GD Toolbox Pro, under Settings > Topics, I have enabled the ‘Show Thumbnail’ option under the Forum Topics List part of the menu.
But no poll icon appears next to a topic name. Other icons that are used by GD Toolbox (ex: the icon indicating a user has posted in a topic) appear to work fine, and appear next to the topic name.
Can you help with this?
Thanks.
]]>Hello

I need guest can add their polls when open reply like register users, i have selected in setting allow spectators but it didnt works, any suggestion
Thank u
]]>For some reason, I can’t change the settings in when I create a poll
“How many responses are allowed”, “Closing the poll” and “Show results’ won’t let me pull down the selector. Everything else working great, wanted to buy the product, but don’t know if I should if it’s not going to work with my site. Any help would be appreciated. I tried to access your support on your website, but was unable to post or find anything related.
I am getting this error on the Polls screen:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method gdpol_core_db::found_rows() in /home/…/wp-content/plugins/gd-topic-polls/core/grids/polls.php on line 132
The plugin used to work fine, so I wonder if this was broken in the latest update.
]]>Hi there – Will it be possible in a future version of the plugin to add polls to posts within topics or will it be restricted to topics only?
Plugin looks great ??
Thanks!
]]>Hello Milan,
it would be very useful if (only) the privileged users who are allowed to create polls could also download the voting results including the votes details – list of voters’ full names and their responses. Ideally, there could be a button “Download results” displayed under the viewed results to initiate download of some printable format. Perhaps, it might also prompt for an optional text included in the header of the downloaded document.
Regards,
Stefan.
Hello,
very nice addon for bbPress forums. Great idea!
One little bug or imperfection:
When a user who has not yet voted clicks the “View results” button the current results are displayed instead of the voting form. But from here there is no friendly way to get back to the voting form. The “View results” button remains there although having no sense anymore (and doing nothing). I suggest that the button shall change into “Back to voting” and work in that way.
Regards,
Stefan.
