hi!
How do I assign points when the administrator changes a certain field in the forms? For example: a user submitted a form. The field is hidden and the user does not see it in the form, because it is for the administrator. After checking the form, the administrator puts a value in this field from 1 to 3. Depending on the value, points from 10 to 30 are awarded.
I could not implement this when the form was re-edited by the administrator after the user submitted it.
It’s important for us, can you help????
Hi,
How can I exclude some forms with its id to not get any points!
Thanks
Hi,
Is there a way to let users use their points to pay a part or if they have enough points that are equal in value to the full price of a product sold through gravity forms?
For example, we sell event tickets, and we are looking for this kind of loyal system. Where people also can buy a season pass or a gift card for someone that they can use als payment in Gravity Forms.
Thank you
Hi There, I have been using the Gamipress/Gravity Forms integration for a while now but it has stopped working. I can see that when a user submits the form the entry is been recorded but the points set up within gamipress are not logging in the back or front end. I have updated the plugins and it is still no working correctly. How may resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Sarah
I’m using GamiPress with Gravity Forms and want users to submit a quiz once and only get awarded points for the first set of answers. I tried to limit form entries on the Gravity quiz form but this limit applies to the total number of entries of this form submitted and does not limit the number of times a specific user submits the form. In order to allow everyone to enter, I have had to set no limit on the number of entries for the form.
Instead, in the Points Type, I am using the event ‘Submit a specific field value on a specific form’ with the form name and field, and value expected. All of this is working. The only issue I have is that people can enter multiple times until they get all questions right, which eventually allocates all available points to their tally.
1) How do I limit points allocation to the first submission of the form?
2) Can someone explain the difference between the options in the point type event ‘Submit a specific field value on a specific form’:
i) time(s) limited to
ii) …with a maximum number of times to earn it of
Thank you!
Upon submission of a gravity form I get the following errors:
Notice: Undefined offset: 15 in /XXX/XXX/public_html/XXXX.com/wp-content/plugins/gamipress-gravity-forms-integration/includes/listeners.php on line 64
Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /XXX/XXX/public_html/XXXX.com/wp-content/plugins/gamipress-gravity-forms-integration/includes/listeners.php on line 64
I’ve updated both the gravity forms core plugin and the gamipress gravity form integration plugin. The same error continues to appear upon form submission. How do I resolve this?
I’m trying to implement badges with my site. I’m starting with Ranks representing different roles. I’ve created my rank types and now I’m creating my rank requirements. I added the Gravity Forms integration and chose submit a specific form but I don’t see where I choose which form.
In addition my rank requirements do not look anything like what the docs show. I could use some help.
Here is what mine does look like: https://tinyurl.com/y8a8zamc
This is the documentation that I found on the rank requirements. https://tinyurl.com/y7psuwff
I have deactivated all plugins except for gamipress & gravity forms checking for a plugin conflict and found nothing. I also checked the debug log and there wasn’t any error coming up so my guess is I’m just missing something in how the achievements and points work with the ranks.
Let me know asap. Also, should I be using BuddyDev user badges too? I thought it was redundant if using Buddyboss integration.
Hi, I am trying to set up a gravity forms quiz to award points to users through gamipress, I have used the the ‘specific field value on a specific form’ as I want to award different amount of points for each submitted answer. I think what i have wrong is the ‘field value’ (have entered the exact ‘answer’ that is in the gravity form. It is logging that a user has submitted the quiz but not awarding points – the log is private – not sure if this is something to do with it or not.
Basically the quiz question is ‘how much $ have you made?’
Theres 3 available options (i have tried as drop down, radio and checkboxes incase that was causing the issue)
answers are (these are weighted answers configured in gravity form)
1 K (award 1 point)
5 K (award 5 point)
25 K (award 10 point)
So when a user selects ‘1 K’ I want them to be awarded 1 gamipress point etc.
Can anyone help with where i’ve gone wrong please? Thanks!!
“Submit a specific field value on a specific form” and the proper form selected, field ID entered, and desired value as well. Set to “1” time(s) limited to “Unlimited” (I assume this means they need to do the step once to earn the achievement)
When this step is completed, user still does not earn the achievement.
I checked the logs, there is no log created at all, as if Gamipress isn’t listening for this achievement event at all.
How can I fix?
Hi.
Can you use a Use filed value as amount of points?
Thanks
I have form that has few text fields and file upload field. Now I would like to detect if users submitted the form and uploaded file too and award points for it. How can I do this? I don’t find any documentation on this plugin.
Hi,
I configured point awards with the radio type field (so there is only 1 value possible from 1 to 10). The point awards i configured on the point types is not triggered. I checked the field ID and values on the logs and it’s good but i only have event triggers and not point awards triggers on the logs. I tested this on admin and author accounts.
Thank you for your return
I am trying to award a badge when a user submits a form with a specific field value. The specific field uses checkboxes. This data is not coming through in the logs. I have been successful awarding badges when the field is a drop-down selection, but not with checkboxes. Any help is appreciated.
Hi,
I have a problem with the plugin you made. I have parametrize an achievment that is triggered on the event “Submit a specific field value on a specific form”. I set the right form, the name of the field that is on my gravity form and finally the value of the field.
But the achievement is never unlock by the user… I tried to modify the name of the field to “test”, change the administrator field label and change the name of the field in the achievement required step to replace it by the ID of the field instead of the name. But nothing seems to work. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong… Some help will be great!
I’m using WordPress 5.2.2, Gamipress 1.7.5, Gravity Forms 2.4.11 and your plugin version 1.1.0.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello,
I am working on a website that uses gamipress for points and gravity forms. This plugin is great but I just wanted to know if there as anyway I could easily modify it so that when the member fills out the gravity form, they can enter how many points(a number field on the form) they want to deduct. Kind of like a bidding program where they can bid 5,9 or 10….. points and then upon submission of the form, that amount is deducted instead of the set amount that is in the gamipress backend.
Thanks
Can I specify a gravity form from another site in my network?
(gamipress plugin, gravity forms plugin, and this plugin are all network activated, but I only see the gravity forms in the main site, not the ones from the other network sites)
Hi,
This plugin looks like exactly what I need with GamiPress.
For the option when creating a new Points Deduct entry, I want to deduct points but only for a specific form. Where do I specify the form?
This part is not clear to me at all…
Hi,
I have set up on my site that if a user submits a form 1 time per week he gets 1 point.
How can I deduct 1 point if a user doesn’t submit a form this week?
Thank you for your help.
