I have been working with WordPress for the better part of a decade, and I have never seen a plugin request my FTP info!

I have set Max Votes Overall to 1 and Max Votes Per Photo to 1.
Tracking by IP Address.
But the user who has already voted is still able to vote after 24 hours.
How can I change that?

We are trying to get some image voting up on our site, but when we go live, any voting gives an “Error: Undefined” message. We have it installed, and it works when logged into WordPress, but when not logged in or any other user on desktop or mobile, when they click the “Vote” link, it says Undefined.
