Almost a year ago you guys promised an update to fix the mobile navigation issue with the video gallery but for the moment it still doesn’t work. You can check it out on my site.

I install the free plugin on a multisite.
The pugin works (great!) on one site.
On the other sites, a clic on “Add New Video Gallery” give a blank area (where the “grid” of videos is normally displayed).
Is it a limit of the free version ?

I have a WordPress page with a few video galleries in it, each of which contains a few videos as well. If you check the link, you’ll see that the quantity of videos is big.
The problem I have is that the page takes forever to load due to the amount of videos. Is there any way I can optimize the load time (lazy loading, etc.)? How should I do it?

I’m having issues with my Huge-IT video gallery in the sense that if I’m browsing on Safari, play a video on my website, then click another tab, the video I just played last comes up fullscreen rather than it going to the desired tab. This type of error doesn’t happen on any other web browser.
I’ve tried to search everywhere for the fix but can’t seem to find it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since I feel Safari is being used more and more these days.

]]>I’m trying to create a simple player environment that I was hoping would be easy to do using Huge-IT Video Gallery, but I haven’t been able to find the documentation or settings.
I’m using Justified and would like to have the title of the video appear on roll-over. I don’t want to see the blue and red play icons on the thumbnails.
Upon clicking the video, I’d like to have the screen turn white and display the video. This, I’ve done, but I still want to be able to see the header with logo and navigation. I also don’t want the frame rule around the video that is playing.
I haven’t been able to find the controls or documentation anywhere that describes how to create these custom settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Suddenly my video galleries display all the videos on the page, not just the videos in that particular gallery. For example: A gallery with 1 video set up will display “1 of 13” in the lower corner and allow clicking through to all the videos on the page – those in other galleries below.

I need to change the YouTube URL which I have and I enter it URL field where there’s also the Title & Description, then Save Video Gallery. Then I click on Edit Video, do I need to enter the URL into the New video url field too? Should I click on See New Video or Insert Video?
side note, at the end of the youtube URL I have &rel=0 Then I look at the source code and the &rel=0 isn’t there.

]]>While trying to debug an improperly loading webfont on the admin side, I saw in the inspector that admin.tracking.css and the Nunito Sans fonts in three weights (from google) are loaded on every page of the admin regardless of whether related to Video Gallery, adding unnecessary page requests and page weight to the admin area. Nunito is also loaded separately by the free banner, this time included in the plugin.
Would it be possible to at least restrict the branding logo font – and tracking code for that matter – to only the plugin’s page? Or perhaps to consider using alternative branding means such as an svg or simply a PNG as used elsewhere throughout the plugin.
I understand you wishing to prevent paid users from using the plugin on more sites than they have paid for, but is it strictly necessary to track this at all on the feature-limited free version of the plugin?

I have a scarcity plugin installed. I tested it and it’s working as normal on the Post and pages. But when I install it into the Content Popup of this plugin, the short code is not displaying the timer as it should. It looks like there is a code conflict (I think). It’s just displaying the shortcode, but not displaying the actual timer.

Whenever I set up the gallery to look either “Video Gallery/Content-Popup” or “Lightbox Video Gallery”, when I refresh the page to see how it looks, the videos show for about a quarter of a second before disappearing, and in the end the page shows nothing at all. I already tried deactivating all my plugins, and this one too, before reactivating them one by one, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I’m using the Trail theme from Themetrust. I saw some people mentioning similar issues on this forum but the solution wasn’t given in the actual topics…

I’m using the ‘Video Gallery/Content popup’ option and if you look at the link I’ve provided the Chapter 6 tab currently displays correctly (in rows), but the tab for chapter 7 just shows them in a single vertical column.
A moment ago they displayed the other way round, ie in Chapter 7 they displayed correctly, but in the chapter 6 tab they were in a single vertical column.
Whats going on here??? Why don’t they display consistently?
And how do I fix it?

I’ve tried adding center tags and aligning the images to the center, but it is not working. The only thing that I have tried is adding div classes to align the images.
What do i need to do to get my images to be centered aligned in the content area of the popup video gallery?

This plugin was working fine for the Video Gallery/Content Pop-up. Now all of a sudden it is not working. I’ve installed a welcome mat optin form to the site. I am not a coder, so I don’t know if this is causing a code conflict. I don’t believe it should cause a code conflict.
There is no way for me to know, can someone look and let me know.
When you click on the video, it is no longer popping up to show the video.

My thumbnail already has the title of the video in it. I do not need the title at the bottom to be displayed. How do I remove this title? I don’t see it in the Generals Options settings. It would be nice if you had this option in settings.
