Installing on Worspress 4, the slideshow does not auto start. The slideshow also always shows the carousel controls. Only a css rule to hide the control block hides the controls.
Would not use this now.
Documentation shows that the developer will answer no questions.

Very well done, simple and non invasive. Almost a drop in replacement for default WordPress gallery, it only needs gss="1" attribute to the shortcode.
It would be a nice addition to have the plugin automatically implement a lightbox on click on the image.

I don’t need the fancy features and complexity of a premium slider plugin, and I don’t want to have to go build sliders somewhere else to add into posts…..this plugin does exactly what I need, which is to let me add a Gallery to a post, and then display it like a slideshow.
It has a few nice options that easily let me tweak how it appears, and it’s easy to customize the styles in my own stylesheet.
Really great plugin, and you can’t beat free. Kudos to the devloper!

I have recently switched to this plugin for a gallery and found when using the same images I used with the previous plugin, the quality is extremely poor. the photos are now completely blurry, I’ve posted to the author but haven’t received a response. I’ll give it another day then I will have to switch to a different plugin, I can’t possibly post my photos of such poor quality. If anyone can help me with this I’d greatly appreciate it.
