Bij de problematiek van wisselen domein naar subdomein ben ik door het team prima geholpen.
Ik ervaar het als prettig dat bij dit programma niet de foto’s naar de media geupload hoeven te worden.

They respond quickly, which is very helpful when you’re in the middle of development and run into problems or have questions.
EDITED TO ADD:
They respond quickly when they know the answer to your problem but in my most recent support request, they are responding slowly because they appear to either NOT understand the actual problem or have no actual solution.
My issue is with the thumbnails generated by Gallery Master and I have explained the issue multiple times and they keep trying to blame me. Well, that might make sense if I was actually generating the thumbnails from the original images but I AM NOT. Their own plugin is generating the thumbnails and they are distorted and make my galleries look ridiculously unprofessional.
I will happily amend this review once they make an actual effort and help solve the issue that their plugin created.

At first, the command number and the API KEY did not work to activate the plugin. I sent an email and the technical service answered me within an hour, and I activated the license. Then, I did not manage to make a gallery with different columns because I did not understand that I used a bad dimention of my images. The technical service helped me immediately by understanding my mistake and everything else worked fine. So I give a five-star.

Doesn’t let you add photos from WP Media without paying. After you drag photos, you then have to upload them and that function didn’t work. DELETED.

As the title states…it’s a decent plug in, but after numerous attempts with their support “team” to fix a very small problem (that probably would have taken 15 minutes to fix) it STILL hasn’t been addressed. They were “aware” of my problem but never bothered to reply to my emails after the first one was sent. That’s just plain terrible.
This has been going on for about 3 months now with being no more farther along than the day I installed it.
I gave such a low rating because a paid plugin without support is useless to me. I’m not a developer…i don’t know how to write code…this is why I buy my plugins so that I will have SUPPORT.
Now you know.

After a bumpy start I am now very happy having bought this plugin. The layout-options are versatile, also the possibilities to insert videos as well as other content. Not to forget the heplful support.

I choose this plugin because it produces good looking galleries and is generally simple to use – something I thought my client would appreciate.
The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because of an issue with uploading images via WP Media Manager. One of the galleries became corrupted (I don’t know how) and had to be recreated but some images in the new gallery still didn’t load properly first time.
Initially, I tried uploading all 42 in one go but, after several minutes, only 7 had appeared in the list. Adding the photos in smaller groups was more successful but some showed up as an empty box. It took three further attempts to get all to display correctly.
It could be that the issue is something to do with the client’s hosting service. It seems a bit erratic speed-wise. It could also be down to a slight incompatibility with another plugin. If it’s either of those, I apologise for not giving 5 stars!
Must say, I got good service from support. They responded to emails and tested the installation. Thank you.
