Great plugin, it would be great if the plugin worked with Patreon.com goals.

I know that this would require a API from them, which I don’t know if that exists yet. But that would make it very cool and stop us having to do a manual step.

I am running an online store and it donates a percentage of sales to a charity we also run, i am looking for a thermometer that can take the total sales of the store and display only the percentage amount on the meter… so if our sales were 10k and we donate 15% of every sale to charity the meter would show $1500 rather than 10k

The plugin is working great. Just wondering if it is possible to add commas to the goal. They have a large goal and it would be easier to read the totals:

$4,000,000

Versus

$4000000

I just found this found plugin and was about to post an overview about this plugin on our site at WPSpeak.com. However, there are two things that I’d like to to suggest:

1. Ability to change the widget title

That’s fine to have no settings in the widget panel. However, make sure that users can change the widget title. No want wants to display a thermometer on their sidebar with a title “Fundraising Thermometer Plugin for WordPress” on it.

2. Ability to disable/hide link on the widget

I think it’d nice to give the users an option to display/hide the credit. Have you seen any big/famous plugins out there forcing users to display credit link on their site?

I’m not able to see any area that allows me to enter in numbers, etc. for the thermometer to work.

Number noway near add up to the progress bar. As suggested in other posts, tried editing the css values to no avail. Otherwise nice plugin with nice graphics but accurateness is vital for me on this one.

Hi, was wondering if there is an easy way to float the remaining of the text on the page to the right of the thermometer instead of above/below it. I’ve tried a two column table and ‘br clear=”all”, the shortcodes and even a column plugin; unfortunatly it always seems to go back to wanting to be alone on the line (like css display block).

I cannot get the numbers to display next to the progress bar.

It works except the numbers for the thermometer don’t show. Only lines.

The thermometer and the progress amount displays just fine. However, the numbers that I would expect to appear to the right of the thermometer (“progressvalue??”) is not writing out on the page. Am using Version 1.0 of “Our Progress” plugin. Using default settings that shipped with the plugin. Any resolution?

For Ex. My targeted amount is $5000 and till date donation amount is
$1000 then it should display $4000 more we need .
Can we do such thing using your plugin? Is there any way?

Any idea how to use the plugin to track multiple goals/projects and display those multiple thermometers on a page?

First I had to downgrade to get the script to work with the latest wordpress (see other post in forum) but is anyone else having a problem with the thermometer not displaying accurately? It seems to be displaying just below of whatever amount I put in.

Hi,

I successfully installed the plugin and got it to show up as a widget. However when I try to change the settings and click save I get the error “can’t open file” and the settings don’t change. What should I do?
