Hello, I am using 2 default background images in my twenty-twenty one child theme. One for normal mode, one for dark mode. Both are meant for the general pages in my site and are defined in the theme Customizer.
However on my photography pages I want to use a different background image for each specific page that over-rules the Customizer-defined background image.
Using ‘Full Background Manager’ this works perfect in normal-mode. But as soon as I switch to dark-mode the ‘Full Background Manager’-defined image gets over-ruled by the Customizer-defined background image and does not show. As soon as I switch back to normal-mode the FBM image shows up again but disappears when choosing dark-mode.
How can I prevent this from happening on my photography pages?

I just bought a new theme (https://catchthemes.com/demo/rock-star/) for a client and am setting up their site now, but thought I could also use your Full Background Manager plugin as I’ve used this before and it worked okay.
However, after activating your plugin on my client’s new site, I’ve found that the theme becomes broken inasmuch as their full background images (set within the theme’s options via the standard WordPress, Customizer) are no longer full background.
Thus your plugin is overwriting the theme’s full background.
This is a real shame as I found your plugin very easy to use in the past.
Do you think there’s any chance you’ll be updating it soon?

Recently downloaded “Full Background Image Manager” by Perception systems Plugin and it failed to work for me in Sydney theme so I deactivated and deleted it but after deletion I have no access to colors anymore. I can’t change colors in the customizer or in site origin page builder rows or widgets.
I did all of this the same day I upgraded to the newest version of word press I’m wondering if something got hung up in the upgrade
Seems broken: I thought the whole point of this plugin was to provide the capability to have an image that could be used for pages / posts background (rather than just a small portion of it).
How can I change the defaults so that it’s always: ‘fixed’ and ‘no-scroll’.
Also, the background-size is always set to ‘auto’ and I’d like to make it ‘cover’.

I am getting an error message on a peg where I am using your plugin, which has been quite useful.
The error message is:
“Exception thrown
No utilities registered for I_Display_Type_Controller”
On the same page I have Site Origin elements with a Foo Gallery, a NextGen gallery and an easy media download plugin.
Are you aware of any issue or conflict with any of these?
I should add that the plugin works well on other pages which have the easy media download plugin. I have been trying to replicate the issue and suspect a conflict between NextGen Slideshow and your plugin.
Let me know if you can offer any advice at all.

]]>I have set two different background images for two different pages. Every time when I switch from one page to another page on front side, the image from previous page shows instead of the image set for the current page. If I reload the page though, the right image shows.
So is there a bug in the plugin that doesn’t empty the cache? or something else?
I don’t have clearing cache plugin on my site as I noticed even that one doesn’t do the job very well either.
Any solution to this?

]]>Just did the update of WordPress to 4.7 and the background is no longer full screen.
All I get now is the selected background in the top left corner of the page, but NOT stretched to cover the full background.
Therefore no longer “Full” Background Manager.

I’ve setup another user so that they can add content using the ‘Editor’ role, but unfortunately the ‘Fully Background Area’ section does not show on the editing page for Pages or Posts, whereas it does for me using ‘Administrator’ role.
Any ideas how to fix this so that the ‘Editor’ role can also use this plugin?

To have the full background image, I had to put this css

background: none !important;
}
It was working all last week
but then I change the back ground color of the website, and then all my pages except the ones where I had a background picture became black.
Backround picture was ok (but all the other pages in black
Then I remove this CSS, and all my background color was ok but the background pictures desappear…

I have just updated the plugin and noticed an issue with the header and footer (when displayed on my laptop). They are not full-width anymore: there are two white bands on each side of my footer and header.

congratulations for the plugin. I wonder if it is possible to position the backgrounds as “top center” and instead of the same stretch at the level of resolution of the monitor, it is possible to always stay with the actual image size 10920×1080 like.
Another thing, if you make a pro version or an update, it was great to give the option to put the clickable backgrounds to redirect to other sites.

Currently your plugin makes KLEO buttons at Theme Options menu unworkable. What happens, the buttons within the theme option of KLEO is nomore functional, they just don’t work anymore. Deactivating the plugin makes KLEO work again as it should.
