It might be just me but the ZIP file I get here is empty.

]]>After a user submits a ticket, I want to direct them to their personal tickets page (must be a member to submit a ticket).
Right now, they are left on the Submit Ticket page. It says “Your ticket has been created” at the top of the page, but the form to submit a ticket is below that.
]]>When a support ticket is updated, I would like the email to be sent from the Admin email to the user who originally posted the ticket. Currently, the email is sent from an email address that appears to have been generated from bluehost and my original domain (not the domain that I have FS Tickets installed in) and is sent to the person who updated (not the original poster).
]]>How can I change a page name?
For example, change “tickets/submit-ticket” to “tickets/1234”
How can I edit the “submit ticket” page title to something else that is not as easy to revisit? Can I edit it so that it changes itself?
]]>How can I get the Submit Tickets child page to show up in My Pages in my WordPress dashboard?
]]>Hi,
I am allowing guests to add their support tickets, and there is only guests which will use it. (not logged in users).
But I can’t see any form for email. As I want to send a confirmation adress to the user with a link to check the status of their tickets.
Also, I am wondering where in the admin you can see the category the ticket was submitted in. As the user can choose, but I can’t find any place at all in the admin you can see what category the user submitted their question to.
Also, I am wondering if there is possible to run different forms, instead of using category.
Lets say I have 3 pages,
Page 1 = Category1
Page 2 = Category2
Page 3 = Category3
When a user submits a question on page 2, it shows category2 in admin, when the user submits a question on page 3, it shows category3 and so on. Would that be possible?
Thanks!
]]>I want the support tickets that my users post to be private – visible only to them and an administrator. How can I do this? Require a login? If I require a login, where do they login?
I would also like users to be notified via email when a response is posted to their ticket. How can I do this?
]]>Hi
I am trying to only display the Sold Properties on one my pages. What is the shortcode for this? I did create a custom field and filter for this too but would prefer to use the default built Sold functionality under General Settings in each listing if possible please. I am using this shortcode currently:
[fsrep-filter type=”area”]
]]>Hello,
I’m creating a custom admin theme, and I would like to show the number of unread tickets on the dashboard.
Please let me know what query to use, to retrieve the number of unread tickets.

]]>I’ve installed this plug in as the admin. I am not only the admin but the ONLY user for the site. When I like on the “Fire Storm Support Ticket” button at the top of the site, it just bring me to a page that states “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”. If I don’t have access, who would??? I have tried to delete and re-add the plugin to the site and nothing works. I’m going to have to delete it for good!
]]>Do you any documentation by any chance? I’m a little lost on how this works.
]]>After activating the plugin I open the newly created Tickets page, but instead of tickets form, I get just the shortcode
[fst-tickets]
It runs on WP 3.4.1 currently.
