Is it possible for the user (the customer – one that doesnt have a wordpress account) to send you a file (for example pdf) with this plugin?

And is the connection safe?

I’m imagining a contact form with a file uploading feature. ??

Does this plugin use chunk upload?
If not, the upload limit size only equals the Server RAM (memory_limit in PHP) and this makes it useless or only usable for smaller files like 100mb, etc?

Hello Support, can you please provide script that will display URL of the uploaded media to the front end below the form?

My target
Frontend input (form of 1 field) for a page or custom post type. A visitor will enter data in the field and click SUBMIT. Then the data will be inserted into a shortcode of a plugin. Only after that, the plugin with the updated shortcode, will run and display in the front end the results.
As an example – the visitor enters a YouTube Video ID in the frontend https://youtu.be/VYuwwXG5i20 and then he clicks SUBMIT. This will have the page in the backend with [embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/embed?listType=playlist&list=UUkYAlrLUqmg5AvQbg7qNHLw&layout=gallery%5B/embedyt%5D which will then used by the plugin https://www.embedplus.com/ ) to create a video gallery of all videos of a channel.

This is just an example. The problem is how to run the plugin AFTER the front end data gets into the shortcode.

The required 4 fills, but when I upload 1 file it also went through.. although I find not checked any other file type allowed it also when through such as .HTML file..

Thank you for the plugin. How can I insert <div> & text between each field in the published page? I actually have 3 separate image uploads. In the output page they are just published one after the other without any html. The html that I put within the form acts of the form page and not the output page.

I am trying to figure out how to have a custom post type for the media items uploaded. Currently all media items are set to have the post_type of ‘attachment’. I would like to have a custom post type for media items uploaded so that they can be differentiated between normal media that is uploaded.

I have registered the custom post type with WordPress and I have added post_type=”my-custom-type” to my shortcode, however, it does not appear to be setting the media post type properly.

Is there a way to do this with the plugin or is the custom post type only for specifying which posts the form can appear in?

I don’t need the other fields and I tried removing them but no matter what I delete, they still remain. I would like to remove the following fields: title, post content, title, description and one of the upload fields.

Hi, does anybody have an idea on how to automatically create a gallery that displays the uploaded photos? Seems like an easy task but I have not been able to do this. Thanks for any help.

I made a form with different fields.
One text for title
One textarea for post content
and some text field for author, co-author, tags, category post etc.
All of these fields are mandatory.
Is it possible to merge post content with autor + co-autor + tags etc into post content?

Hey, I used the plugin ReCaptcha feature for some time now. But I recently found out that it is adding 2 extra requests to my site sitewide. I only use it on my submission page, but the requests are visible on all of my pages. The 2 ReCaptcha requests were adding more than a second to page loads.

Is there a way to limit them only to my submission pages.

How does one specify the destination directory? We need to upload files and images to directories under …/wp-content/uploads/

I do not see a way to specify the destination directory for files uploaded.

I am using posts table pro to build a table with posts within. These posts by users are to upload files by 4 distinct categories.
In frontend uploader, is there a shortcode I can attach so it allows my user to choose which category(ies) their uploaded file pertains to?

Hello!

I’m using Frontend Uploader on a page to upload posts I want to approve but set as private by default. I have auto approve on, and am using fu_after_upload to set posts as private, which works without issues with default form. However, when I set ‘suppress_default_fields=”true”‘, posts are not set as private anymore. I have checked that all the same hidden fields are sent, and tried both $post_id and $_POST[‘post_ID’] variables, but can’t get posts to be set as private with fu_after_upload.

Hi, This plugin is really useful for me. The problem I am having is I want to save HTML data from wysiwyg textarea to meta fields. I have two textareas in my form. Both have wysiwyg enabled. But the content which I see in postmeta inspector is plain text.

1) can the form be hidden to non logged users?
2) if the form has a custom-post-type, will the file uploaded directly in the CPT?
3) can files be uploaded in a user’s media library, instead of the site’s library?

If a value:description pair in the checkbox shortcode is set with several words, e.g. age:44 years old. only the first word is displayed. Please make labels with more than one word possible.
