Hey there, thanks for this plugin.
I’ve set up Freshdesk per the instructions. When I go to mynewsite.freshdesk.com I’m redirected back to mynewsite.com to login. After logging in, I am simply redirected to my WP backoffice rather than back to FreshDesk. When I try to access FreshDesk after having logged in, I am still redirected back to the WP site to login again.
How do I fix this?
]]>Is this plugin creating accounts from Freshdesk in WordPress or is it the other way around? Our WordPress is authenticating against AD and our Google Apps domain. I do not have Freshdesk, but am looking into it. Any info you can provide would be great!
]]>Are you still developing this plugin and will it be kept up to date with the expected release of 3.9 on the 15th? I’d like to use this plugin but, I hope you understand, I don’t want to get into a dead-end situation.
]]>Does this plugin works on multisite networks?
Thank you.
So I just installed this yesterday and removed it the very next day because I decided to go with another plugin. I completely uninstalled however the favicon for freshdesk remains on my wp-login url. How can I remove it?
]]>The plugin works great for authenticating all of our users against our WP user db, thanks.
However we have created a URL CNAME to send our users to at support.domain.com.
After our users authenticate they are re-directed back to domain.freshdesk.com
Is there a way to send users to support.domain.com after authentication instead?
Thanks,
JL
How can i use this with a network site so i can just setup once in the network admin and its enabled on all sites?
]]>Got everything set up. When I submit a ticket through the freshdesk feedback widget, I get an e-mail from freshdesk saying “A new account has been created for you. Click the url below to activate your account and select a password!” Once I do that, I’m logged into freshdesk fine. However, once I log out, I can’t log back in because the log-in screen I see is my wordpress log-in screen due to your plug-in. Am I doing something wrong?
]]>I have just set up two different instances of FreshDesk but I can no longer get to the control panel of either, only the client side.
In both cases the browser gets into a loop and tells me the same thing ~ “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete”.
The odd thing is it was working fine until I tried to log in via the remote login in your single sign-in plugin
Cookies are switched on and I cleared them from the browser cache so I have no idea where to go from here.
