Hello,
I have been trying to get your plugin working on our site and can’t figure out why it’s not working, I have tried disabling all other shipping addons and it still doesn’t show up. I followed your guides and even tried the allow shipping on $0 option but it still doesn’t show up.
Thanks,
Tom

]]>Hello,
I would like to install the Free Shipping Label and Progress Bar for WooCommerce plugin on my website, ginsiders.com.
Could you please confirm if this plugin is compatible with WPML? We use WPML to manage translations for our site in different languages.
Additionally, I would like to know if it is compatible with Typesense, as our shop is managed using this plugin.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
]]>Hello, this is a great plugin.
I have encountered a small issue (imho a bug):
In my case there are two shipping methods (Local pickup (#1) and Flat Rate (#2)). I have noticed that, when in cart page, and when increasing / decreasing order total (by increasing/decreasing item quantities respectivelly) and the custom threshold set in your plugin’s options is exceeded (or not) by the order total (that is, when your plugin’s message frame appears/disappears), the first shipping method is selected automatically.
I have to make clear that this issue does not occur until the threshold criterium is met. Steps to reproduce:
I hope I’ve been clear enough. Thanks.

Hello Marin, I have 2 free shipping zones. Spain for orders over €100 and Europe for orders over €200, but if I don’t select the initial shipping zone in the general settings, the progress bar doesn’t appear and I can’t find the solution. Can you help me? Thanks
]]>Hi there!
I have a problem with the progress bar in the shopping cart.
Everything is working fine, but when a product is added or removed from the cart via the “Quantity” field, the bar does not update.
So if the user came to the cart and had free shipping because it met the requirements, but decides to remove a product and no longer meets the requirements, the progress bar still shows the message “You have free shipping!
Is there a way to update the bar when performing these actions? Even if it forces a reload of the shopping cart instead of the AJAX function.
Also, I wanted to ask if there is a way to keep the progress bar full when the free shipping requirements are met, i.e. the message appears and the full bar below it.
Thanks for your help!

]]>I installed the plugin and it works perfectly and looks great but I have one small issue I hope someone can help me with.
There is one category of items I sell that are excluded from free shipping but the “free shipping” text & animated bar still show when these items are added to the customers cart. Is there any way I can hide the animated bar & text when products from this category are added to the cart? I don’t want the customers to think they are getting free shipping when they are not.
I have the plugin turned off at the moment to avoid misleading the customers. I love the plugin and want to continue to use it, I just hope there is a fix for this small issue.
