I’m creating a website for a client but when I go through the set up procedure the plugin reverts to my facebook page and not the clients facebook page. How can I fix that?

Hello,
When I try to download new Google reviews, a pop-up window opens and loads indefinitely.
In the end, no reviews are downloaded.
How can I solve this problem please?

Hi,

The facebook reviews are old, the new one are not getting downloaded. I manual download the reviews from your button in the wordpress plugin but it doesn’t download the new ones.

On my website it shows 15 reviews instead of 19 that exist at my facebook page

Hello, the Google reviews on my website are displayed incorrectly. I contacted the page builder’s support and they told me that the problem was not with them. Attached is a screenshot of the display. I was previously connected to Facebook but the profile pictures did not show. I tried to download the FB reviews again but no reviews were found. I tried reconnecting to my FB account but that did not work (see screenshot, the page just remains like displayed on the screenshot). I reinstalled this plugin but that did not help. What can I do?

It’s possible to remove or hide the text “loading” appearing before that notices are displayed ?

I’m a long time user and I go through each month and manually update my Google reviews and my Facebook reviews. I just did that and it worked like usual for Google reviews but not for the Facebook review. It removed all of my Facebook reviews except for 1 that has no data associated with it. If you scroll to about 60% down the linked page, you can see how it looks. Can you help me with this?

I have many stores, each has a separate Trip Advisor and google listing. I want to have a slider for each store.

How do I split the sources? I see the default is to include all reviews of the same type.

So Slider 1: Trip Advisor account A, Google A

Slider 2: Trip Advisor account B, Google B etc

On my home page I am happy to combine all reviews.

Using tags is not manageable as it requires me to tag every new review. I need to be able to create a widget linked only to specific sources.

Hint:

I can confirm that the the Facebook user have admin access to the FB page I intend to connect, and that the app have full Business integrations access.

I understand that there is an similar issue reported and was resolved 6 mths ago. But I’m having this issue right now.

I noticed that the CSS is loading a star SVG and the platform logo from your own CDN.

I think it’s not permited by the GDPR as you could retreive info from this request, right? Why not simple add them to the plugin directory?

I have been using your plugin for a couple of months. However, I saw that photos of customers in the reviews are broken, so I followed your guide on how to fix that. Unfortunately, after disconnecting my facebook page, it is not possible to connect it again. If I try to connect it through my website, it redirects to your platform and adds the website. The platform is downloading the reviews forever and It does not allow me to create the widget as it shows the errors that I need to connect my platform first. Even though I have added the facebook page through your platform, I am still getting the error. It is not possible to connect the WordPress website through the plugin anymore as it redirects to your website and it says that the connections are duplicated.

But now when I try connecting my Facebook account even if there are?numerous pages that I manage, still it displays with this error.

The reviews are displaying correctly when inserted into a landing page, as seen here, but the display breaks when inserted as a footer widget. See screenshot here: https://snipboard.io/jmLvJG.jpg

Caching does not seem to be the issue, after a good bit of testing, it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

I am using Flatsome theme with Woocommerce and all plugins and themes are at their latest versions.

We are using trustindex to show our trustpilot reviews in our page. But it does not show, only when we are logged in.

it only shows the code, when we are logged in to the webpage, but not logged out.
We have cleared all website cache and server cache.

The widget is inserted with elementor as html code. Anyone knows, what could be the issue?

My client connected to their Facebook page and I added the shortcode to their review page, but an error message says there are no Facebook reviews (they have 170 reviews on their Facebook page).

I love yout plugin, but at the moment i am not able to use it.
I followed your instrunctions about W3 total cache, but they didn’t resolve the problem. When i select the widget the plugin returns this error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out

Hi, after using ur plugin for longer times the plugin suddenly broke my site and every website visitor can just see:

The widget template could not be downloaded.
Please reload the page.
If the problem persists, write an email to [email protected].

The rest of my website is for visitors not visible anymore!?! Why and what happened? And how to fix that issue?
