This does not support woocommerce HPOS. I turned on HPOS and all the fraudlabs data does not show now within orders. I can see its picking up in your dashboard on your site but i can not see it on my admin pages. please fix asap.
]]>I have a serious concern with this plugin when configured a certain way.
When the Validation Trigger Point setting is set to Before submit order to payment gateway there are false orders being created with certain gateways. With these gateways, and FraudLabs is turned off (or testing After submit order to payment gateway), there is no order created until the gateway returns a successful payment.
With the Before submit order to payment gateway setting, an order is created with a Processing status… this results in orders being fulfilled without there actually being a payment. This is a very costly error.
Please review this with urgency – not only have my client’s lost money and faith in this Fraud solution, they’re starting to loose faith in WordPress as a solution.

I’m testing the plugin with credit card payment and I see that on each payment attempt it generates a new order in Woocommerce.
Is that normal to happen with Fraudlabs Pro? Is there a way to work differently? It is a problematic behavior as it generates multiple orders on Woocommerce panel, that can confuse admins. And it sends multiple email order confirmation for the customer for each order that is placed in, they might get a wrong impression that they placed multiple orders.
I used: Validation Trigger before submit order to payment gateway. And turned on Advanced Velocity Screening. I have a Rule to Reject over several transactions, so I understood with this guide ( https://www.fraudlabspro.com/resources/tutorials/what-is-advanced-velocity-screening-in-fraudlabs-pro-for-woocommerce-plugin/ ) that I should turn on Advanced Velocity Screening so that it would validate before sending to payment gateway.

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a constant for the debug log path?
The use case that I’ve come across is when a hosting company has a read-only environment within the plugins
folder causing an error when attempting to write the debug.log file. I could hack the path but that would not be ideal as every update would then revert things back. It would be nice to be able to either define that via PHP to a folder that does have permission.

I’ve noticed something a bit strange that I’d like to try and fix. If I review a product using the app or the website…it doesnt update my woomcommerce (wordpress) order. Does anyone have any thoughts that might help me get this working properly as it would be good to be able to approve orders on the move.

We have a woocommerce & wordpress setup running on the latest stable versions. We have noticed the behaviour, that the default order state, that is set after a successfull payment, is set after some weeks of the order handling. That means, the state is changing from Completed (or other states) back to this initial status.
At least, for now, after deactivating the Fraudlabs pro module for some weeks, we haven’t had this issue. This might be coincidence, but to some degree it makes sense.
Important to note: We also use a module called “WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager” which might be also involved here.
Is there any chance that this module could cause the issue?

I found that the latest Fraudlab wordpress plugin has a serious issue, if I do a HEALTH CHECK with this plugin HEALTHCHECK , I find the following error –
“Testing fraudlabs-pro-for-woocommerce: The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received “
This has prevented me from updating anything with the built in wordpress code editor (appearance>editor), I spent hours to find it that this plugin was the main issue. Wud u plz fix this ASAP.
I also want to know how I can reset the Transaction, I made some TEST transaction which used up my Free Quota. Is there anyway to delete or reset all the transactions?

One of our clients is using your plugin, along with the latest release of WooCommerce, but we are running into some trouble.
With this plugin active, orders will enumerate in the links above the order list, but they will not actually display.
When I deactivate the fraudlabs-pro-for-woocommerce plugin, orders begin to display correctly.
After recent Update to WordPress 4.9.2 the plugin has stopped working, i am not able to see any risk score on order details page, can you fix it ASAP.

]]>Hi, first of all, great plugin. It’s saved me a ton of money, but unfortunately it’s also cost me a few dollars too.
I’m just wondering if there’s a way to disable fraudlabs validation on a payment method basis? I have several methods, such as bank deposit and external finance options that cover fraudulent transactions, so fraudlabs pro isn’t necessary on those payment methods. I have had a few instances lately of large orders over $600 in value being blocked by one of those methods and the buyer hasn’t returned. ??

Since updating the plugin this morning I am unable to view my woocommerce orders, any attempt results inn a 500 error with a premature end of script in wp-admin/edit.php
I dont know for definite if it is related but it started after I upgraded, whats leaving a little doubt though is that I still get a 500 even after deactivating plugin?

]]>Hey – I’m hoping your plugin can be super helpful for me. Here’s some context into what I have going on. It seems my site has been targeted by a group of people who complete purchases through my website using what I assume to be stolen credit cards, and they always put their shipping address as somewhere in Miami, Florida. They use fake emails that are always different, random names that are sometimes just “aahhhhhhddddjjjj” and things like that. We NEVER ship their orders out, and sometimes they’ll place 10-20 orders within a half hour or so, usually with different names, emails, and Miami addresses used throughout. I’ve tried blocking IP addresses, but it seems very easy for them to use another one to bypass the block. The payments go through, but we always mark the payment with a custom order status of “Suspicious Payment” and refund the payment source. When I track the IP address it’s from places all over the world – Thailand, South America, other random countries, when I sell men’s and women’s yoga clothing and activewear inside the US. It’s very easy to tell that these are spam/fraud orders, but they’re real people putting them through.
How can I put a stop to this!!! I’m sick of it and it’s really getting out of hand. I’ve installed your plugin and will monitor how effective it is, but is there any way to permanently block this type of order from going through?! All help is appreciated.
