I have consistently been getting “Socket Closed” errors on both my own website and the main FortressDB website since Friday afternoon. Is someone working on resolving this error? Any information would be appreciated!

FortressDB not working with forminator, form submission is not storing on FortressDB

We used FortressDB to secure our data. We have many people who completed the forms but the download to CSV button doesnt work. Please can you assist. We sent a support request from the plugin on the dashboard as well.

I’m looking at your paid solution to use it in pair with Forminator. I have a couple of questions regarding the tables.
1. Is there a column limitation for a table? I have a fairly complex form, composed of 272 fields which would translate into columns in Fortress.
If I understand things correctly, 1 form = 1 FortressDB table
2. Files uploaded through the Forminator “file upload field” are stored in the database?
