I’ve tried a number of click to chat agents and found them lacking. Many have per chat fees with quickly escalate pricing out of control. Others are just plain buggy. Several were just badly written and did serious damage to page speed.
Formilla has a ton of configuration options that are easy for any one to understand. Support is fast and responsive. And to boot their pricing is the most competitive I’ve seen by a long shot.
We delayed implementation longer than we should have. In retrospect we have seen the plugin pay for itself hundreds of times over in increased high ticket sales through our ecom site. The plugin works very well for us because we are able to set it up to page all sales associates in all of our brick and mortar locations when a chat comes in. After the first VERY LARGE sales were closed through click to chat the sales peopel are FAST to jump on the chats. So this has worked very well for us because we don’t need to roll out a separate click to chat sales team. We just have Formilla installed on the point of sale work stations and brick and mortar agents interface with virtual customers like they would any other customer on the phone or in store.

Unfortunately I was taken ill and rushed to hospital and my renewal was up for renewal obviously I did not have a Desktop computer with me in the hospital so formula sent me a PayPal link so I could pay for another two years subscription after having it for a year it is well worth the money after I had paid the fourth click on my website I requested chat and we ended up with a nice job just by having formula chat

I signed up for the free Chat button yesterday, and there were a few challenges in terms of configuration. Aaron at Formilla got back to me promptly, and patiently came up with solutions for all of my issues over several responses. I am amazed at the quality of customer service, especially for what is a free plugin on my plan so far. Couldn’t be happier!

This plug in is the best thing in the world. I can log in from my computer or my phone and it shows me everything about the people that are currently on the site. I love being able to see what products they are looking at and what they are doing on the site because then when they ask me a question in the chat we are both on the same page. I’ve made sales using the chat plug in and I’ve also been able to cut the time wasted on the phone answering simple questions. I love how easy it was to set up and customize. This plug in is worth every penny.

Great plugin, really easy to use. People that aren’t horribly tech-savvy can use this and it can report to google analytics. A lot of plugins don’t let you do this and it’s a pain to track all the events on 100 different plugins so this is a big plus!

As a business owner and as a webmaster i needed a chat that can be fast and have the option to request name and email of the person that wants to start a chat with us.
i sent an email to the support on Sunday afternoon and the expected respond time was for Monday – Friday between business the hours, that i totally understand but Zack from Formilla Support answered in less than 15 min !
this is what i call good support and customer service, 5 star all the way!
i also recommend to buy the Live Chat Premium Plus – Yearly with 20% Discount as well.
