]]>Morning, i need to ask you, i am looking for a simple one way chat. I have clients that need to ask questions, but specific predefined questions, meaning, selected from a list I determine. Then, on the other end, the receiver needs to only give an answer from a predefined list that we determine.
So basically i need to be able to avoid completed conversations giving out info that will determine who the user or other person is, without paying through the system.
Can your chat have this type of thing?
For example: user – are you available at night ; other user: yes or no
example 2: user: do you cook ; other user: yes or no
example 3: user: do you know CPR ; other user: yes or no
example 3: user: What days are you available to work ; other user: select dates

The chat window contains a link back to Formilla.com, which, until recently, was a website for the Chat product. Now it is a web design site, which means I NOW HAVE A LINK TO A COMPETITOR RIGHT IN THE WINDOW WHERE I’M CHATTING WITH A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT. Very disappointed. It would have been wiser to maintain a separate site for the chat product.

1) I’m trying to automatically show a message to the visitors when they enter in my site. I noticed the option “Auto Display Message” in the WIDGET CONFIGURATION, but it does not work for me. Do you know why? I cheked the “Enable Auto Display” option, I set the “Auto Display Timer” and I typed a “Auto Display Message”.
2) Other question: Is there any way to obtain information about the browser and city of the visitors?
