I saw in your code that you are using some website’s plugin folder as the “server” !!

That website is down !

The formidablepro2pdf.com site is down AGAIN and it means we can’t generate PDFs.

What is going on with this service? We paid for this and the reliability lately has been horrible!

I use Formidable PRO2PDF for several years now and it always worked perfect until recently.
PDFs are not generated anymore and not added to E-Mails.
In the Formidable PRO2PDF Export page, I can generate the PDFs manually as usual.

Users of the form get a “something went wrong” message or even a critical error appears.

Are there any fixes to be made? I use all the latest versions.
Or would you recommend to migrate to E2PDF?

Just purchased the plugin – was able to get a large form filled with radio buttons mapped out, but for some reason the checkboxes aren’t mapping.

There is an outdated post from 2015 here that I tried following – couldn’t find further support for it though:

I tried both tactics but I’m still having issues. Also, the checkbox fields disappear on the exported PDF file.

Can you please let me know how to proceed?

we just bought the Pro Version.
We have one Formidable Form.
The output are just Text-based Fields.
So nothing fancy going on here. Just divs with background color and the content inside them.

BUT:
Where do we start?
We didn′t find any step by step Doc how to bring in the Fields nor how to format them…

Please assist and help us.
We really need this Functionality.

I have a form that collects user responses in Hebrew.
The data is collected correctly.
When I create the PDF and download it, the fields that contain hebrew are blank, while the numbers fields are populated.
When I click on the text fields (that contain hebrew) the correct information appears, but when I release my click, the data goes away.
So, the data is importing properly, but not displaying properly.
Can you help me?

exporting the form to a PDF works very well.

Sending by email also works. Unfortunately, all PDFs are stored in a public folder on the server. Some of the data in the PDF is sensitive. Is it possible to prevent the PDF from being saved on the server?

The PDF should only be sent by email.

So far, I always have to manually delete the PDF from the server.

I am a paying trial user but because at the moment the I can’t login in my account in the official forum, that isn’t working and I don’t know way, I decided to write my question here hoping to have an answer. I need to use a PDF with disabled copy function because I need to protect the text in the PDF. I created PDF where all the changes except fill the fields and sing the signature fields are protected (this would be the best solution for me) by password but this PDF doesn’t work with formidablePRO2PDF. I created also a PDF with only text and image copy protected by password but also this doesn’t work with formidablePRO2PDF. Booth the PDFs that I created are with compatibility from Acrobat version 3.0 and above and can be opened without password. Can you please tell me how can I create a PDF, at least, with copy text function disabled that can work with formidablePRO2PDF? Or can you please add a function that disable, at least, the copy function in the created pdf leaving the ability to sing the signature fields present on the PDF produced? I recently upgraded my php version to 7 and it started having problems with my formidable form. I was getting a blank page on submission and after a lot of troubleshooting and digging to find the problem I ended up disabling pro2pdf and it started working again. I’m assuming this plugin doesn’t support php7 yet? If that is correct, will there be an update soon? Or anything you can tell me to do to get it working with php7?
