Do I need to create an account before being able to add the form to the website?
Have been trying to set up a form but it keeps asking to create a form. How to do it without creating user account?

I simply cannot login to FormGet either via website or using my wordpress admin panel. I wrote email and password and press button, after it is processing and remains same page. When I enter wrong password it gives an error that says “Username and Password NOT Found” I don’t know what is the problem but I have messages and I need to reply them.

css/mg_popup.css has a number of references to “../images/…” which doesn’t exist, like:

Also, no such images exist in the existing “image” directory.

}Please limit the enqueuing of the plugin’s CSS to it’s own admin pages. This is breaking the admin style of many plugins because they are being enqueued out of order which causes undesirable effects for many other plugins.

I have recently installed this FormGet plugin onto my website. However once I activated it and it appeared on my website, everything else on the pages have shifted so now the alignment and position of my content is off. All my content was centered on each page, but now it appears the form has pushed everything to the right a bit, which is making some items move down the next line.
Basically my question is, is there a way to have this form but not have it affect everything else on my page? The link to our website is https://www.tsihealthcare.com/maintesting . You will notice the content on the pages is off andthe top header with the logo and secondary menu is all off now. Its like there was a random margin added, but I’m not sure.
If you could get back with me asap, I would greatly appreciate it. This alignment issue makes it really hard to work on the website because I won’t know what my changes actually look like. Thanks.

This form is pretty cool! Other than the fact it has way too many issues including me having to pay for the thousands of hits i get a week. Shit I didnt realize that before i wasted so much time with it. Sad that they cant just charge a flat rate like every other plugin. Nope! They gotta rip you off and try to make money from you on a monthly basis for a system that is not worth what they charge. Vcita charges money but look at what you get with them? Tons of functions. Not one form that only does one thing. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED!
Anyone know of a form similar to this one but without the “let us rip you off” feature?
