this shortcodes stopped working here is a page where we had to switch to the iframe embed https://helpingpeople.org/leadership-society-membership-2/ which isn’t optimal as the resizer scripts isn’t working much either. we do use perfmatters for performance optimization in case there is a known conflict

Formassembly embedded forms are causing a browser error when you try to leave the page: “Changes you made may not be saved.” It’s happening when logged in AND when not logged into the site. Forms are embedded as [formassembly formid=37 server=”https://bostonathenaeum.tfaforms.net”%5D. One form is not causing an issue https://bostonathenaeum.org/visit/day-passes/, but I cannot identify any difference in the way the form is setup in FormAssembly or how it is embedded in WP.
]]>What’s going on? Our security plugin alerted us that this plugin is currently unavailable. Is there an issue, and is there a timeline for having it addressed?
]]>Hello, we recently noticed that the text fields on the form have shrunk in width and height. The form appearance used to appear visually much better. Is there any additional information from FormAssembly on what is causing this, and when a patch will be released?
]]>Hello,
We have a problem with publishing the form on our website (WordPress via Elementor Pro Page Builder). We installed the WP-FormAssembly plugin and, following the instructions, we integrated the code [formassembly formid=1234 server=”https://XXXX.tfaforms.net”%5D. In “Elementor Preview” mode [web page not published], the form displays well and is functional (I did several tests that worked well). Unfortunately, when we publish the page, the form becomes non-functional (no fields can be clicked, hidden fields become visible)…By adding the iframe code [formassembly formid=1234 server=”https://XXX.tfaforms.net” iframe=1], as suggested by the plugin creator, the form becomes functional again, but we absolutely don’t want to use the iframe (for its scroll bar) for our donation form, as donors don’t like this and we’ll lose donations that way. Can you suggest how we can solve this problem and why we can’t integrate the form without the iframe as all works well in a non-published mode? What may be the issue? Many thanks!
]]>Is there a way to pre-fill without adding parameters to the page URL? Adding the parameters to the form URL only seems to work in a script.
Here’s the documentation for pre-fill: https://help.formassembly.com/help/prefill-through-the-url
When can we expect the full review to be completed?
Any comment on what caused the closure?
I work for an enterprise SaSS company that wants to include this on our main blog as we have version 2.06 working on another resource blog currently. Should I just copy the 2.06 version for now?
Thanks
Our Company have been using the WP-FormAssembly plugin to embed forms on our website.
Recently the plugin just disappeared from our WordPress site (presumably following a WP upgrade). We cannot find the plugin under installed or uninstalled plugins. Also when we try to download the plugin again it does not give us that option. Please assist as it provides critical functionality to our website. Our forms are no longer available on our website due to not having the plugin installed.
Please assist.
]]>When I use this shortcode, the form shows fine:
[formassembly formid=”4913666″ server=”https://tfaforms.com” iframe=1]
However, when I use any of these, an empty paragraph is displayed instead of the form:
[formassembly formid=”4913666″ server=”https://tfaforms.com”%5D
[formassembly formid=”4913666″]
[formassembly formid=4913666]
Can you help me fix this issue so that I can publish the form without an iframe?

]]>Hi, I’m using the Shortcode embed method, and I’m trying to pre-fill specific form fields, as you show in your documentation here – https://help.formassembly.com/help/prefill-through-the-url
Is this possible with the WordPress plugin?
Thank you!

The latest update caused a fatal error on our website. The only way we could get the website back up was by deleting the plugin.
Still, we cannot access the website dashboard through the usual admin URL and get this message:

]]>Salesforce is already linked to the WordPress site. Every time a contact is added to Salesforce, a new page is created in WordPress. We need to include a “dynamic” form on each of these pages that is sent automatically to the email pulled from Salesforce for that specific contact.
Any ideas?
]]>Is this plugin dead? Is FormAssembly no longer showing WordPress love?
8 months of silence and no updates
When navigating between a page that has a form utilized, the window.onload function is fired, at times, too fast, causing the urlForParam to return null for the variable references throughout the JavaScript.
Demonstration video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iia3wrg6udbou3a/form-assembly-js-error.mp4
Do you have any recommendations? I would prefer to not have to load it through an iframe to negate this issues potential cause.
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
How do I pre-populate fields embedded using shortcodes?
Is it this format: [formassembly formid=NNNN tfa_fieldid=”My preset value”]
I tried the above approach but couldn’t get it to work.
Thanks,
m^e
That would be great so that they look good on all devices ??
Thanks!

]]>Hi there,
Hope you are well.
Just wanted to let you know about an issue we’re experiencing where, when you navigate away from a page with a FormAssembly form on it, a pop-up message saying this appears:
Leave site?
Changes that you made may not be saved.
And here’s what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/KtX0Ais
I hope this will be fixed as it’s really annoying for visitors.
Many thanks!
]]>This line of code is right at the top of the css stylesheet. It’s completely unnecessary to use this and it should be removed. It’s overriding the entire site’s font rendering.

-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;

I could understand if it’s being used on the .wForm class, but even then it’s preferred to leave font rendering up to the theme. Would love to see an update of this plugin with that change as Form Assembly is the foundation for all of our forms. Thank you.
]]>Here’s our problem. We have several pages in our WordPress website that have forms that were created using Form Assembly. However, these forms are not rendering properly in the pages that we’ve created. We do not understand why.
This requires some serious investigation and I’m hoping someone on this forum might have that prize-winning insight into what is causing this problem.
If you review the page that I have provided as an example, you will notice that the form is not rendering properly making it impossible for people to fill out the form correctly.
Where does the problem lie? Is it with WordPress? Does this have to do with the theme of our website? Is it a Form Assembly problem? Greatly appreciate some insight here from anyone.
Thank you!!
]]>Hi!
I use this plugin to connect our Salesforce forms to our website. On this page, there is a form close to the end (for which I use this plugin). After the form is submitted, a message is supposed to appear (something like “thank you for submitting the form, we will contact you shortly”). But the page reloads after the form is submitted. I would like for the message to just appear once “submit” is clicked, instead of the whole page reloading. Is this at all possible?
Thanks!
]]>Hello,
I have a Form Assembly form on at least two pages in my site:
Contact UsNepal
I use this plugin and until this week I had no problem – the form was fine. However, now the boxes that need to be filled in suddenly shrunk on both these pages. The forms appear to be ok, so I am not quite sure what the problem is. Can you please advise?
Thanks!
