When I purchase the basic plan to get the unlimited fields feature, will that feature still work after 6 months after cancelling the subscription?

I understand the pricing plans in the way that only “access to updates” and “premium email support” are restricted to that 6 month period. Hence, I would think that the unlimited fields will continue working after cancelling the subscription. Is that correct?

Hi, I bought Form Maker Pro years ago and can’t find the download link, can you send it to me?

I downloaded the Form Manager upgrade tonight but can’t upload it to my website because of php file limits. I have changed the max file upload size from 2Mb to 8Mb and the post size to 16Mb, both in PHP version app in cPanel and I have also added a file php.ini through File Manager in cPanel into the root and dumped in the following, but something is still blocking the upload size as media still says 2Mb max no matter whether I refresh or logout completely, but the Form Manager upgrade seems to be 5.7Mb compressed and the 2Mb plugin max file upload size just will not budge regardless of what i change elsewhere:

upload_max_filesize = 8M
post_max_size = 16M
memory_limit = 128M

Could the problem be in htaccess file or somewhere else pls? I can mainly only see blocked agents in htaccess.

I am using Form Maker Pro 2.15.2 on WordPress 6.6.2. When showing a form, the browser console says:

Uncaught ReferenceError: fm_document_ready is not defined

I’m not aware of anything technical I changed, I just edited some form definitions. I googled the word “fm_document_ready”, but there was only a single result, and that was unrelated to my problem.

I suspect that this error causes conditional form fields to be shown always, even if they shouldn’t.

How can I fix this issue?

No text is written in the paragraph text section, I removed the field and added it again, it’s still problematic, please help.

Form stopped sending emails several months ago I am told. As new webadmin I would like to sort this out. I typically use Gravity Forms and have an option to resend notifications from a form entry but do not see such a feature with Forms Maker. Please advise how to test or troubleshoot form notification send email issue.

I installed the free version. After a couple of days I got “The limit of submissions for this form has been reached.” I have three submissions. AI assistant couldn’t help.

Our team is working on integrate our plugins with Form Maker, the thing is that we provide a field where users needs to provide the field ID but the issue is that the field ID is not visible anywhere.

On the edit field view or edit form view, could you add the field ID so users are able to meet it and place it in our integration?

For example, in our integration we provide an option like:

“User submits form (FORM ID) with the field (FIELD ID)”

But since the field ID is not visible, users will not be able to provide it.

We already integrated with several form plugins and they provide key fields like the ID o a unique field name to identify the field, so would be awesome to make the integration possible if you could display this field ID somewhere.

Tried to upgrade to Form Pro but the package was the 10Web Manager, which I do not want.

I configured my form to my liking, but when I click submit button ALL fields are sent to my email, whether they are filled or no. I only need those fields that are filled. I disabled option in settings to send empty fields but its not working.

Form maker plugin has a serious conflict with the Yoast plugin when using WP-CLI commands.

To see this error, first of all you should have to install WP-CLI on your server (Please Google how to install WordPress WP-CLI on a Server).

After installing WP-CLI, install and activate the Yoast plugin.

Then, In SSH, go to the directory where your wordpress site is installed (eg: # cd public_html).

Then type, following SSH command using the user of the wordpress site:

wp yoast index --reindex

I would like to be able to display submitted forms based on user ID. Is there a view or other display option that would show by user submissions and could be filtered by user so that a logged-in user can see only their submitted forms?

Noticing a number of entries in our site’s PHP error log as follows:

I have emailed about this issue I want to take the paid version for this website https://hudsongardenclub.org and transfer the license to another domain name for them. It is the same organization we are just putting their forms on a different domain from the rest of the site.

Out of the blue, Excluded dates that had worked for months caused invalid date for all dates. Removing excluded dates fixed the problem. After upgrading WP to v6.4.3,, maximum date of “+6m” caused all dates to be invalid. Currently using Form Maker Pro 2.14.0. (Confused – according to Form Maker Pro page on www.remarpro.com, current version is 1.15.22.

Does the Form Maker plugin default to the WordPress system email when the Submit button is pressed?

I inherited a WordPress site that has a form created from Form Maker Pro v 2.10.1. When a person signs up for a membership and presses submit, the form should email the information to us and direct the person to PayPal. Last week we started getting PayPal confirmations but the data from the form was not sent to us. Spam has been checked and they are not there. We are hosted by GoDaddy and they say its not a server issue.

We have also had problems with people hitting the submit button and not being directed to PayPal.

I’m currently running into issues in figuring out how to customise my button such that when I click it, a popup form appears. So far, I’ve set the Loading delay to -1 seconds so that I can manually call the function, but I have no clue how to set up the button so that when I click it, the function is called and the form is displayed.

There was one other person who asked about a similar issue (how to set up onclick), but I was unable to follow along with it, as I cannot find how to set custom code for my button.

In all my forms, the Multiple Choice fields are not selectable and therefore the form can’t be sent. Didn’t change anything to these forms and where working fine until now.
