I’ve downloaded and activated the plugin however I do not see it listed on the left hand menu where a button titled Form supposed to be for me to link it with my Jotform account and start creating a form. what am I doing wrong?

Editing a form

I am trying to edit an existing form, but I can not. I see the edit button clearly and when I click it, nothing happens. The page doesnt even try to load.
I can clone a form and view the form.
I can not edit or delete the form.

Please advise.

I’m in the newest version of wordpress and when I save the form it just doesn’t save, it still says I have no forms. So frustrating!!!!

When using define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true); to have a secure admin side in WordPress the following error comes up in Chrome and doesn’t allow the popup for the embedding of a form.

Good day,

I was wondering if Form Generator is capable of doing image thumbnails as selectable items? Please see the form on this site as an example:

My goal is to recreate such a form and I am currently looking for the correct widget to do so. I would NOT NEED to implement the javascript that changes the content of the form based on selection of image

Using HTTPS Secure Forms

JotForm has an option to use secure versions of the forms created.

1 ) Can Form Generator use the secure versions instead of the unsecure versions?

2A) If so, how do I specify that I want to use the secure version of the form?
2B) If not, and I use the link to the secure version provided by JotForm, will that mess up my ability to use Form Generator for the rest of the modifications and tracking form submissions?

Form Generator use with Multisite Install

We are having an issue with Form Generator on a WP-Multisite install. Only the network admin has access to the Form Generator settings, admins at the site level are unable to access any part of Form Generator.

Has anyone else experienced this issue when using Form Generator with WP-Multisite?
Were you able to resolve the issue?

calculated fields math operators

Does this form support multiple field calculations of data entered by the user, i.e. field1*field2 = x, where “x” is the calculation automatically populated, viewable by the user in a subsequent calculated field?

If so, does it support advanced math functions, such as sqrt (square root), etc., and do you have a list of mathematical operators (presumably JS operators) that are supported?

Want User Automatically Moved to Top of Webpage

When a user clicks the submit button, they see a white screen. This is because the “Thanks” message is shown at the top of the webpage and the user’s last place is the end of the form. Is there a way to automatically send the user/viewer to the top of the frame after clicking submit?

To whom it may concern,

I integrated the paypal widget into jotform and it was working without a problem, however, after changing the price associated with the Paypal widget, it bypasses the Paypal checkout form and simply goes to the Thank you page.

I bought the premium account of Jotform and downloaded your plugin, but as soon as I activated the plugin the admin menu “Products” disappeared from the dashboard!
Can you please help me?

this plugin was workign great, until I tried to edit one of my forms and the editing area was blank when I tried to use it. Is there a way I can resolve this? The website I am working on is kirawillis.com. Thank you.

jotform domain problem

I am on the forms page and can see the list of forms from my jotform account. When I click on “view” under a forms title it wants to take me to URL https://www.jotform.me/ This is correct for some of my older forms but new forms are under URL https://www.jotform.us/

I have added a new CNAME to my domain to point to custom.jotform2.com as explained in https://www.jotform.net/help/144-Howto-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform . This may serve as a workaround for the domain problem because if we can get your plugin to use the new cname instead of https://www.jotform.me.

Right now any form that your plugin is grabbing from https://www.jotform.us and trying to present through https://www.jotform.me is causing the “required fields check” not to happen in-page and causing a page refresh with an ugly gray box and requires the user to click the in-page back button offered. After doing some research I found this was also do to the domain issue.

Only other way I could think to fix this issue would be if you let users chose what domain from jotform the form is pulled from. As far as I know jotform has a few domains like .me .us
