I migrated to GA4 and the set up showed as complete, although, there is no live data and since mid September we have seen a complete drop in rankings, direct traffic and conversions. There is now no live data or real-time reporting.

I have checked the tag and measurement ID, these are both correct.

The former manager had set up Universal GA via Tag Manager, although i have used the SiteKit plugin for GA4 and i’m unsure if there’s a conflict somewhere.

I notice the Google Optimise tag has stopped firing now, which would correlate with the decline in data, but i’m struggling to find a fix.

Is there a way to use reCaptha v3 instead of v2? I am not seeing an option for it in your contact form plugin settings anywhere.

Hi I have a clients site which can no longer be access, have have tried deactiving plugins in CPanel but still get the same error saying the sites cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. I have access to the CPanel of the site and activated debug mode.

as of 6/15/22, I have not received any submissions to my email. I can see the submission in my submissions tab. Bu the content of the message disappears after 6/15/22. Before 6/15/22, I received email submission to my email and I could view the message in the Submission tab.

After 6/15/22, I have not received any submission emails and although I can see the submission made in the submission tab, I can not click the message to read it.

Well, i need a website which will be a marketplace for coaches.
Coaches can come on site , make their profiles and tell their courses and prices.
Their students can come and hire any coach they want and pay them either recurring or one time payment. So it will be a marketplace for all coaches and clients.
Obviously , sign up and sign in would be different for coaches and clients.
So can you guys please tell me which theme would be best for this kind of functionality ?

After the form is filled and clicked on send, i would like it to confirm by some kind of text that the message is sent.

Now the form only gets updated and not filled after message is sent.

I would like some kind of text, message is sent succesfully.
How do i fix this?

Usually, when share a link on Twitter (or Facebook whatever), it should pull a picture/page preview from to post with the link.

When I manually share a Gutsy post, Twitter doesn’t add a photo. Example:

In order to fix this issue, I disabled the UTM from settings but the bug is still there How can I overcome this issue?

I am experiencing cache update problem with my WordPress website. When anyone visits my website for the first time, the browser stores the entire website on its cache memory. Then when that particular person comes to my website again from the same browser, it loads the saved / cached version of my site. Even when the device is not connected to the internet. (let’s simplify – The website doesn’t fetch any data from server.. It only refreshes new content. When you manually refresh the page by clicking on the refresh button)… I have tried all cache clearing / reset method in the website but not working at all, I have checked this error on 6 phones, each phone has the same problem. (Issue is related to my website) NOTE: This problem only occurs on the phone browser (Chrome/ Firefox/ Aloha etc etc…) In PC browser it’s working fine.

Love the plugin however when submitting a form it doesn’t submit. Not emails are sent out however I do get a record in submissions database stating it was flagged as SPAM. I Followed all the instructions in General Options but still getting no results. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am running an instance in lightsail that serves my wordpress website. But I have tried to modify in the wp-config.php file
what I have done is that changing

The website shows blank page even after recovering default settings.
what is the solution to recover my website to function as before.

We keep receiving queries with incorrect email addresses (ie. gmial instead of gmail). Your “options” include an error message that says:

Email address that the sender entered is invalid

How can I check that the address is valid?

Installed the plugin as admin, but only have access to wp-admin/admin.php?page=Rich-Web+Forms+Admin. When I try to choose any other option of the plugin, such as General Options or Themes I’m getting a
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Message.

I’ve installed the plugin, and after my first form, I can only see the first line in all the RichForms editor panels. I’ve resized my pages, changed the browser, the OS (tried on colleague computer), but I still have the same issue.
Any suggestions?

Is there a redirect facility so that when someone fills in the enquiry form I can show them a page or a message that says their enquiry has been received? Right now, the page goes blank and returns with all the input missing. There is no way for the person to be sure their enquiry has been successfully sent.

Not all of our users have email, so that is not a good solution for us.

I am using your form plugin, I have tested your demo versions of forms and found that in “Application Form”. The error message for the first “Name” field break my form. It doesn’t happen when error comes for the second ” Email” field. How can I solve that problem?
