how do I logout the users (or selected users) all in once?
It seems that I cannot do any Bulk Action with it

I just installed this plugin to my blog at https://www.seo-reloaded.com
I can Log Out individual users, by clicking on the Log Out link for each user, but I cannot sign them all our at once.
The screenshot shows that users can be logged out using the bulk action, but I cannot see the addition for log out in the drop down.
