I am using Footer Putter with Virtue theme from long time. I have a footer menu plugged in creditable footer. But last Friday I updated the theme and then then the footer putter started not working. Now, footer menu is not showing up. Only dots is coming instead of footer menu text. Please help, if you came across this problem.

I filled in everything, but the footer is not aligning properly across the bottom. For a while it was spread across three lines, which was fine. But, the top line was still uneven. No matter what I try to do (add items, remove items) it doesn’t matter.

I’m having trouble with the alignment of the footer. it seems to be fine on smaller screens and setup well for other devices- but when using it on a computer the footer is split into two lines and has a centered alignment style but is then put on the left side of the screen…?

i can’t find any specific alignment options. in the plugin preview on the controls panel it looks correct… any suggestions?

I just implemented a footer onto the bottom of my page and it only works when I am logged in as an admin. When logged out, and I scroll to the bottom of the page on a computer, the footer does not show up and I am not able to scroll all the way down either. It automatically scrolls up to the point that the footer cannot be seen.

I am using the Credibility Footer widget / Footer Copyright widget, and I have selected ‘add email address’ and ‘add telephone number’ features, but see nowhere to enter either of those. When I then view my site, the plugin/widget has created an email address that exists nowhere on the site (i.e., ‘privacy’ at domain.com) and, indeed, displays no phone number.

Where am I supposed to enter this info for the plugin to use?

Hello. I’m using the plugin footer putter for the fruitful theme. The footer putter menu is fine but fruitful is adding another “Navigate to” menu in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

Please help! I tried many things on this support forum, but was unable to successfully implement Footer Putter on my site. I am using a customized Twenty Fourteen theme (called premier_flooring) and am just trying to add a footer with website links. The only widget displayed is the Credibility Footer with a customized footer menu. Under Footer Credits > Footer Action Hook, I have “get_footer” listed which posted the links, but they are bunched up on the right hand side of the home page in very small font. There is not a footer on any other website page. There is a div.wrapper that seems to be in the way, but I would think I should be able to get around it without too much trouble.

I know enough CSS to modify some things, but I just don’t know how to rectify it to make it work. I suspect that the style sheet isn’t carrying over to the footer.php, but I’m not sure. Thanks for your help.

I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to start over, but the links from previous attempts are showing up. I am trying to access the links and either erase or edit, but can’t find them. I can find the Add Link function, but no actual listing for existing links. Please help me find them…

I am new to wordpress and still finding my way around. Can someone tell me where to insert a line return if I want my footer to be in more than 2 lines? I want the menu links on one line followed by copy rights and in the third line I want to include contact details ( address etc.)

I was so excited when I discovered this plugin and how easy it was to add it to a website I was currently working on.

What I recently discovered is it is no longer showing up online – though it appears in the back end of the site in the footer widget layout.

I really like this plugin, the only problem I have is that I end up with two lines instead of just one.

I looked at a previous posting and the suggestion is to include the following to CSS editor, however that didn’t work for me:

Hello,

I have installed Footer Putter widget on this website https://www.nrcocp.com/icms

but the footer is appearing in the middle of all the pages on the site. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the widget 3 times but the same error is occurring. I am not sure why this is happening because I am using Footer Putter plugin on another website with the same theme and it works fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

After upgrading to 1.14, I am running into the following error under Footer Credits > Footer Settings:

Fatal error: Class ‘Genesis_Club_Utils’ not found in /home/azholist/public_html/davidandcliffadopt/wp-content/plugins/footer-putter/classes/class-admin.php on line 141

I don’t use a Genesis theme… I’m using Twenty Fifteen.
