Once the photo is clicked on, and navigated to the last photo, its not possible to move further on to the first photo, navigation does not proceed further.

About a week ago, I noticed my FooBox stopped working. I deactivated it, deleted it and just downloaded it again adjusting settings where needed. But it stopped working in my whole website.

So I checked if I did any plugin updates, but I can’t find any. Deactivated anything I could miss for a bit, but still I can not find anything wrong. Anything I have has the latest updates.

It is website wide, but I added a link to a page with a gallery.

Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.

I tried your suggestion after buying the pro version and it didn’t work, even webP files etc were opening directly, instead of the lightbox.

Is their something I can modify in the source code to enable the avif file, or is the regex the only other available option?

We’ve just started uploading avif images to our wordpress website / server, webp work fine with foobox, so do jpg, but the avif images aren’t using the popup / light box code from foobox?

Any ideas how to make compatible please.

I’ve installed these before on other sites without issues. On this site, clicking the image does not open the image in lighbox, but rather the default viewer from FooGallery. The gallery doesn’t seem to see the lightbox. The checkbox is clicked to disable other boxes, the images are all newly uploaded in webp format. OH yeah, and on teh Gallery footer, when I select Lighbox, no options show up. Something seems horked.

When I upgraded to a new version it seemed to remove the preference to point my gallery images to custom links…now that I’ve set it in the settings back to custom link, it doesn’t do it. It just goes to a broken image and now my portfolio is completely broken ?? please help quickly or I have to move onto something else!

Hello, we just update to 2.7.29 version and the code that was in Custom Javascript (Post) was updated.

This result in No configuration for FooBox found. in developper console and foobox is not working.

Hello. Is there a way to change the default style of the lightbox? The white and the arrows are very bulky. I’m guessing this will need to be done with custom CSS, as I do not see any options for styling in Foobox -> Settings.

white strip around images is suddenly gone, and adding REL link to images does not work anymore.

The Foobox gallery works when the gallery is only showing a limited number of items but when you click to show all the images, the lightbox gallery breaks completely. I am appending the images exactly the same with the foobox class and gallery rel. However, it doesn’t seem to be working.

Is there a way around this?

Im trying to get inline html to work but have no success in doing so. I’ve tried to copy your template (see below) without changing anything at all but it still wont work

It was working for the many years, and just noticed that it doesn’t anymore. It works when I switch the gallery to grid but not mosaic tiled. can you fix this?

On a POST (link provided) the overlay is still there after I close the lightbox. I don’t want the overlay to be there after I close the lightbox.

If I embed the same gallery on a PAGE the overlay is not there when I close the lightbox.

I think I originally posted this on the wrong FooBox forum.

The Next / Previous button links stopped working in FooBox Image Viewer. It works when I Preview the gallery in the dashboard, but not on the web page. I’ve tried clearing ALL cache from everywhere, and using the latest version of the plugin.

I am actually using FooGallery to create the gallery. And i also installed the FooBox for lightbox effect now. The problems are:

1. I need to use custom url for certain mages in the same gallery but the lightbox effect fails.

How can I fix this? I am surely can buy a pro version as long as it works for my site.

Question 1. I’d like to check the ‘Full Screen Mode’ function and buy a FooBox PRO. Is there a demo page where I can check the ‘Full Screen Mode’ function? I can’t find it no matter how hard I look.

Question 2. I was able to zoom in on the lightbox on my mobile devices. However, the lightbox could not be enlarged on the desktop devices. Is there a way to zoom in?

I have a gallery with foogallery + custom url working correctly for years.
When I clicked on it, it opened the url.
Today I have detected that the behavior has changed and when I click, it opens the image viewer.
The setting is still that “thumbnail link” opens the “custom url” and when I view the gallery and hover the mouse over an image, it shows the url that should open, but it does not open the url.

I re-installed a website with FooBox Galleries. Now, when I click on a image, it open a new site with the source image instead of FooBox.

The gallery is set to “Full Size Image” and “FooBox”. But it doesn’t work anymore.

I also tried ?Disable Other Lightboxes? in settings.
