It’s not really something I’d normally use, but I tested it out mostly so that I could leave a review here to cancel out a 1 Star troll review that annoyed me. Kudos to the plugin authors for contributing to the community!

I can’t stand the default method WP uses to deal with images. There was an image uploader program a few years back, then there was Dean’s FCKEditor, then I got KCFinder working with CKeditor, but that stopped working and now I’m using this. I only wish I could use it in an excerpt.
Here’s what I’m doing; y’all are welcome to pick it apart:

Did the opposite of its intended purpose. Had to delete immediately just to get back what I was trying to replace. Apparently didn’t play well with one of my previously installed plugins (which are relatively few).

This is a worthwhile plugin IF it was updated to the current version, world be helpful. 4.1
It was updated 7 days ago, 4.1 has been out for around 4 weeks now. Why was it not updated to current version.
Currently if it is active in 4.1 it locks up half of the editing page so you can’t get other basic features/functions.
Come on Guys, if you’re going to put these things out there at least back it. Or pull it altogether so it doesn’t waste everyone’s time!

This plugin, configured correctly shows you (or more importantly, your client who doesn’t understand why the standard WYSIWYG editor content looks different to what the front of their website looks like) in the post editor! the best I’ve found. It’d be great if it worked with: https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/

is an excellent plugin, very easy to configure. And this was adapted to a template that I thought I would not!

I like wordpress. Only using it for a few days and already able to make a couple of demo sites and do most things for a basic site.
But for god sake what is wrong with CMS designers, everysingle one seems to leave the WYSIWYG editor in some kind of idiot restricted version that supports none of the features that you regularly use. I mean seriously the clue is in the title of the flipping type of editor.
What You See Is What You Get (unless of course you want to actually use standard text formatting in any way and then we will just leave that out and let you try to figure it out by telepathy)……………………………………………………………………….
In honesty, I do prefer the look of the WordPress editor but being that you cannot even add H tags with it straight from istall it is stupid and useless. Despite this developers of FolioPress I salute you with 5 stars. Thank christ you have sense.
Rant over

The image upload function is broken for a long time and the only answer on this forum is to “go to official forum”. And you can read that you need to install a previous version to make it work ???
Why is the official version not changed ? Why is it not written here ? Very bad support.
