PDf Invoice sent in Email to customer and admin set yes but no invoice attach the email,please help,thanks.

Invoices look good, but they don’t show fees when fees have been charged. Products are shown, and the the total is correct but, because the fees are missing, the products don’t add up to the total.

Also, choosing to disable Subtotal and Tax Amount merely hides the amounts; those labels remain on the invoice.
