I’m using W3 Total Cache, Super Social, and Theme My Login on multisite. The plugin would not work on multisite. Added the code to my child theme function.php and uploaded the fix.js to the js folder in the child theme.
Fixed the problem and works perfect!

Works like a charm and does exactly what you would expect from the plguin’s description: It solves W3TC browser cache login problems! Just install and activate and you’re done!
