Is it possible for a visitor on our website to use your plugin to make a webcall or web video call, for example using Whatsapp or Skype?
In other words, is it also possible that our customers can call us pro-actively / initiate a call using whatsapp or another service?
For the avoidance of doubt, we don’t mean a normal, terrestrial phone call.

Hello, is there a way to enter a hyperlink in any of the buttons’ settings fields? I need to enter something like <a href="#form">SEND US AN EMAIL</a> linking to a bookmark already set in the page. What I need to obtain is scrolling the page down to the contact form when the user clicks on the Email icon. Can you please let me know if it’s possible and which code I should insert? Thanks

Hi,

I really appreciate your plugins as they are somewhat lightweight. But it’s really annoying that whatever changes I want to make in terms of styling I have to add an !important to all statements.

Kindly improve this at least with a well documented hook to get rid of the CSS at all or with a proper hierachy to load the styles.

I tried to place the button on the left, but unfortunately that didn’t work. On the right side I already have the “scroll to top button” and the “instant support button” covers it.

Furthermore I wanted to know if it is also possible to insert an own image (only one) via CSS. These constantly changing images are a bit annoying.

you forgot to translate one string in the frontend. While all strings appear German, only “Terugbelverzoek” is still … dutch (?).
