i have a problem with your plugin on my website.
The page is a Multisite with 3 Domains in total.
The plugin is activated network-wide (the only way to activate it).
On my primary page the plugin was already installed before the website was converted into a multisite. And the plugin works totally fine there. But if I try to add a new menu on one of the subdomains, i get the following error:

Since I don’t get eny errors showed in the WordPress Dashboard, I suspect, that this behaviour is not intended for reasons like buying a pro access or anything.

Can you help me with that issue?

I have installed your WordPress plugin, and when it is activated, my icons (phone, email, location) duplicate in my footer. When the plugin is deactivated, my footer returns to normal.

I end up with duplicate icons, but I can’t find a solution to avoid the problem.

We are trying to fix Accessibility issues that are flagged using your FlyOut/Float Menu on the County DHS site. We have updated the attributes section for the menu but it does not fix the ADA compliance that is looking for aria-labels on the button icons. Could you help us add an area option to fix the aria label element to your plugin?

A functional image would generally be used as a button or link and hence in the markup it would be an img tag wrapped by a button tag or the anchor tag.

Since this image is functional, and assuming there is no accompanying text, we would need to provide a text alternative to the assistive technology. We can do this in many ways, but I am trying to understand if there is any difference (or rather, is either of these methods better than the other) in the following ways:

• adding an alt attribute on the image explaining the functionality
• adding an empty alt on image, but adding an aria-label on the parent button or link to explain the functionality

I have seen a lot of tutorials and examples which talk about adding an alt tag on the image, but couldn’t find any which compares these two methods. As per my testing, both work mostly similar with screenreaders.

Is it possible with the free version to create an anchor link? Because its not working correctly… I tried only the #(anchor) and also the full url with the anchor.

On my multisite the plugin is not working correctly. On the main page everything is good but on the other pages the plugin is not working.

When I enter one of the menus the page is loading way to long.
Also when I try to make a change and save, it says the changes have been saved but this is not true. The deleted Item for example just appear again. And the float menu is not showing on the page even its activated.

I don’t see any error on the console. PHP 8.2 Can you help me out? What kind of information you need?

There’s no way to remove the icon? If I select none in settings the entire thing disappears. How can I have the same size buttons for everything? Menu looks way to uneven

I do not want the labels out to the side of the icons I would like them centered directly below the icons. and permanently showing. Has anyone done this or know what classes need to be manipulated to make this happen.

Using Pro Version of Float Menu and I installed Rank Math SEO Pro – all created menus gone – can’t even save any menu creations and my menus are gone. I abandoned Pro Float Menu over Rank Math. Don’t get me wrong – I love your menu and $25, 1 time price, is VERY worth it, but I have to kill the runts in the liter to ensure others survive. Nonetheless, you may want to investigate this. When you fix this, let me know.

Trying this plugin out but it will only show if I am logged in as admin to view site. Tried on multiple browsers, sorry I can not share a link as this is on an Intranet site.

–> “& BLUE” is cut off, when mail-program shows mail

Changing to: mailto:[email protected]?subject=Infos RED & BLUE
–> “& BLUE” is still cut off

Changing to: mailto:[email protected]?subject=Infos RED %26 BLUE
–> “&” is omitted: subject: “BLUE RED”

Any idea to force the plugin to show the &-Symbol?

I see a request to always show the label (not just on mouse over) from 4 years ago and an update that it would be added but I don’t see the option available in the free version. Is this option available in the paid version of the plugin?

Hi, i thought I had posted this question already, but cant find it.

How do I set up submenus that appear on hover or tap on touch screens, but have them hide themselves when not “hovered” on touch screens? It just sits there until they tap the main menu icon. Can i make it hide on scroll?

I have been looking for a float menu whereby I can do two things;

1. insert a shortcode in the icon position, thus allowing me to place gamification count data to user

2. have the float menu attached to the sidebar and set so that when my off-canvas sidebar is opened, the float menu pushes with it

I believe I read in other user’s forum posts that both of these things were achievable, but I can’t seem to function them with mine.

Could you please help and explain how this can be achieved if so.

Excellent plugin to start the conversation. While using 2 menus, one on the left & other on the right, the right side menu is going behind the content. Tried z-index to higher values, but not working. I am using DIVI Theme.

So I disabled font awesome in float menu, but the error still exists.

Hi there, since the last update of wordpress, Float menu is not working anymore on the BackOffice, I cannot have access to all the settings. Am I the onlyone ?

This plugin uses “Font Awesome 5 Free” which is conflicting with standard FA library. The theme FA icons only show when the plugin is disabled. I really like your plugin, so is there a fix for this?
