Hello,

I want to use FLO SOCIAL but I cannot connect my instagram account to it.
The user account ID or URL do not work.

I get a red little pop up message that says – “user unknown error”

Can you help?

I can’t add the Instagram account ID or url. When I click the check mark the progress icon just spins forever.

Low Resolution Images

Is there anyway to improve the quality of the images that are being pulled over? These images are much higher resolution on Instagram, but when they appear on our site in the Flo feed, they are very low quality.

Hello,

I am not sure why the images are no longer displaying on my blog page. I set uo the plugin 2 days ago, and the images where showing, however today when working on the blog I notice the images are not visible. I am able to see them on the plugin page but not on the actual blog.

Hey guys,

I really like your plugin, but I have a question:

On the settings page I can adjust the “Number of images for mobile devices:”,
I thought this would reduce the number of images that are displayed on mobile devices.
But even if I set it to one, five images (value of “Number of Images:”) are displayed on mobile devices.

Did I misunderstand the function or do I have to configure something else?
