]]>I’m getting a critical error with GRAND Flagallery, and it seems to be specifically with the banner. We are using the latest version of the plugin and WordPress. I can see the error when I click on “lframe” under the plugin settings, or when I try to preview a different WP theme.

I’m doing some maintenance to my website. Maintenance includes cleaning up plugins no longer needed. One such plugin is Grand Flagallery (Free Version). After deactivating the plugin, the WordPress delete button won’t delete it. After scanning through the pages in my site, the galleries using the plugin were edited to no longer require it.
I’ve ftp’d into my server searched the WP-Contents folder to delete it manually. But the plugin is still listed in the plugin page with the delete option. When attempting to delete the plugin it seems to freeze.
I suspect somewhere in my site there is a lingering gallery preventing the plugin from being deleted. Scrolling through individual posts looking for a gallery seems way too time consuming. Is there any “search” feature to find any remaining galleries to address? I’ve searched WP forum using the search terms: “search for pages using grand Flaggallery” only to find 0 results. Any suggestions to delete this plugin??

For about four months now, my site will crash whenever I go to add or edit a page or post. I then receive an email alert from WordPress saying FlaGallery has had an error. If I deactivate it, I can add/edit posts and pages without any problem. When finished with edits, I can then reactivate the plugin and everything works fine, until editing again.
Everything has been updated to the latest version multiple times since the problem started. I noticed it first when my hosting provider upgraded to PHP 8.1 and no longer supports 7.4 or lower.
Is their a way to solve this without having to deactivate/activate with every edit? I frequently forget to reactivate the plugin and will have a site with fewer pictures. Thanks for any help.

]]>Hi – On this site, I’ve noticed if I have my chrome, edge, or firefox browser scaled to 90%, then the gallery thumbnails show in 2 columns, not 3, and they are left justified and not centered.
I’ve made sure the alignment in wordpress is centered, not left justified, but the site still shows the gallery thumbnails left justified if my browser is scaled below 100%. Is there any way to fix this in FlaGallery or anything I’ve missed?

I have spent a couple of days trying out Flagallery. I have created two galleries and one album so far, and downloaded images to both of the galleries. Everything was working well, including changing image titles and descriptions.
After I deleted two images in one of the galleries, I now get a 403 error when I attempt to change the title or description of any image. A number of other actions results in 403 errors as well. Flagallery is now unusable.
I then tried Gmedia and I can do little or nothing with it. If I try to download any images to a gallery, one of the images opens in another browser tab, but that is all.
I have checked the permissions on .htaccess (OK) and even recreated it. I have checked the permissions on folders and files, not including hidden files, and everything looks good. I have disabled all other plugins and the problem persists.

when I’m right, that I should use Presets when I want use more the one Gallery withe the same Skin but different display settings.
I create three Presets for the installed skin Amron.
Than I want to use this settings (Presets are displayed when I create the album in my WP-Blog) but they only use the Default Setting all the Time. I try it some Times with different Albmus and different Settings of course. But no Preset works, just the Default one.

A recent I worked on has to display around 400 pictures with some filters and pagination or automatic load more. Since it is loading using only JS it seems that it becomes to heavy on mobile. So does your solution generate such kind of problems and/or do you use real database calls to stay relevant whatever the gallery size ?

Just had a question to see if it’s possible using the the Amron skin to have different thumbnail widths on the mobile device to the desktop so that for example (3 coloumns show on desktop and 2 columns show on mobile)
At the moment, if i put the thumbnail width to 150 in order to get 2 columns to show on the mobile, that makes the desktop show 5 columns.
I think one of the other skins has the options with minimum/maximum thumbnail widths but the Amron doesnt seem to have this
It this possible to achieve?

I am using the FlaGallery 6.0 extension with WordPress 5.5.1.
Since WordPress 5, I have to use wordpress’s Jquery Migrate Helper extension to display the galleries on my website. Without, there is no picture
I have checked for the last few updates that I can no longer add an image to a gallery with puploader because the add file window no longer appears. By disabling the Jquery Migrate Helper extension, the add file window is displayed again.
So I have to deactivate this extension, add the images to the galleries, and then reactivate the extension.
I think the problem is a compatibility problem with Jquery.
Have you an idea to resolve it ?

I had been using your fantastic plugin for some time. Few days ago I noticed that galleries are not showing up. When I logged into the admin/dashboard, I could not even locate the plugin, I have no clue what happened or what I should do? When I tried to re-install the plugin, I am getting message that “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.” I checked the file manager and see relevant directory, I renamed, but still same error. ]]>There was an issue with old galleries images not loading, so I recreated the galleries and the new galleries images showed. However, I deleted the old galleries yet they are still showing, as perpetual image loading progress bars:

Recently gallery photos stopped showing in the site. I looked here and several others had the same problem. I’ve tried creating new galleries, but am getting errors doing that also:

]]>I am adjusting the weight of the images and, checking via ftp, I saw that in each folder in wp-content / flagallery / there are 3 versions of the images.
One – I assume it is the original – in the main folder of the gallery. Then two folders “thumbs” (with obviously the thumbnails of the images at the chosen size) and “webview” which contains an exact copy of the original images.
I wanted confirmation of being able to delete and / or archive elsewhere, the original copy of the images leaving only the two folders “thumbs” and “webview”. I assume that those necessary for the operation of the gallery are those created by the plugin itself.
Can you confirm that for me.
