I’m hoping someone can help me with this question. Every month, I manually go through the Spam folder in the Flamingo plugin to search for “false positives.” While I usually find two or three genuine messages mistakenly marked as spam, the process takes hours because I have to sift through all the spam emails.
I’m considering a more efficient approach: downloading all spam entries from Flamingo, then using ChatGPT with a tailored prompt to help identify the false positives. Does anyone know if it’s possible to export all spam entries from Flamingo, perhaps as a Google Sheets file? If so, could you guide me on how to download them or suggest any tips?

Since my users must log in to fill out this form, their contact information appears in the metadata of incoming messages. So, it is not 100% anonymous. Is there any way to indicate which Contact Form 7 forms should store Flamingo and which ones should not? Or is there a way to not show metadata in certain forms?

I use flamingo with contact 7 which works perfectly fine, all messages are stored.
But I checked with another user who has admin rights too and he can’t see the message that I see.
I looked at the right, we have exactely the same.
There is the meta data “post_author_email” which is completed with my email address. Is this a possibility that only me can see the message with my “post_author_email” ?

]]>When marking a message as spam, the respective contact can be deleted automatically from the address book to make admins’ lives easier. I’ve seen this requested by others in the forum.
Also, it would be great to have a tokenized link in email messages, inserted via a special shortcode/mail tag, that will allow the recipient to mark the message as spam (and automatically remove the sender from the address book).
As a side note, since admins likely manage messages more than contacts, it would be good to swap them in the admin menu and make Messages the default action for the Flamingo menu.
]]>When using Flamingo, “Conditional Fields for CF7” and “Campi Moduli Italiani” on the same form it can happen that some fields of a channel (form) are present only in some records.
It seems that when exporting to CSV, Flamingo will just export fields that are present in all record, or in the first record it finds (usually the last data submitted by the form).
I would expect that all fields present in any of the records of a channel would be exported.
“Campi Moduli Italiani” is a plugin that I maintain and I can modify it to create empty hidden fields for fields unused on some submissions, but I’m not sure that the flamingo behaviour, in this use case, is as expected.
]]>Is there a way to STOP flamingo from storing spam messages?
We keep a pretty strict diallow keys, and if someone fails the submission due to spam, it notifies them it was marked as spam regardless. Making a long story short, we have a graph that pulls the past 14 months into a widget on the dashboard so we can see month over month Contact Form 7 leads, but it calculates spam, too. Every day or every other day, we have to purge the spam inbox to keep the graph accurate. It would be great if we could simply stop Flamingo from storing spam messages. Any help on this?

In the email message that contact forms sends the same field is shown as

Our site has been attacked through our contact Forms 7 form even protected with a Google ReCaptcha V2.
We don’t understand how it is possible but more interresting is the fact that even if we disable the contact page, FLAMINGO is still recording new address book entries. There is no new inbound messages (since the contact page is disabled) but we have new bot account creations that match the Flamingo address book entries.
How is it possible ? I thought Flamingo only recorded the datas from contact Form7 .
Does Flamingo also record the WP accounts creations ?

So I installed Flamingo.
Flamingo says recaptcha project would be gone and the recaptcha code is 0.0

The Google Dev console on the other side says recaptcha tokens are not checked by the website.
The recaptcha project is still active at Google Dev console of course.
The site uses the webmailer. Though STMP should be better it should work neverthelesse shouldn’t it?
