This plugin has been working without issue for a long while then suddenly, recently, images stopped opening in the Lightbox?

Hi! Thanks for a great plugin — I’m encountering a very frustrating issue though.

When I save a gallery, add the shortcode (Elementor pagebuilder) and then open the page, the images load fine — but then if I refresh the page (or view on another device), or navigate away and then back, the images are gone. Going back to edit the page, any edit, (Elementor) and re-saving, the images are back…refresh the page, and gone again.

Any idea what’s going on?

I am currently using the Final Tiles plugin on my WordPress website, which is set up with WPML to manage multiple languages. The default language for the site is Portuguese, and I have an English version as well.

While the plugin works perfectly on the Portuguese pages, I am encountering an issue with the English translations. Specifically, when I create a page with the Final Tiles plugin in Portuguese, everything functions as expected. However, on the translated English page, I am unable to open the images when I click on them to expand. The images just keep loading indefinitely without ever displaying.

Upon inspecting the issue, I noticed that the link source for the images in the English version is not correct. This seems to be the reason why the images do not expand as they should.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello, Do you know the reason why Firefox doesn’t show the gallery when other browsers do ? I found that when I completely disable Litespeed Cache, I can see this page in Firefox. When I turn off the 3 Litespeed Cache options on the editing page, the page still cannot be shown by Firefox. I appreciate Litespeed Cache. Do you know a way to have the 2 plugins working together ?

On this page you will see a gallery of 5 images. When you hover over them, you see BOTH the caption AND the tooltip showing the same caption. I’ve tried everything in the gallery settings but have not worked out how to not display the tooltip. If anyone can point me to the setting I need to change to make sure the tooltip does not appear, I’d be grateful. Many thanks.

Since the update to 3.6.0 divs are no longer clearing after the gallery and content below is getting covered. See the first gallery on this page.

Can you point me to the setting (or provide CSS code) to remove the little textbox that shows on hover for the images in the gallery? The text shows the image file name, and I know I can adapt this name in the settings, but we don’t want any name to show at all when visitors hover over the images.

Hi.

I am using the LightGallery option in the FinalTilesGallery. The default layout of the LightGallery when it’s open and has several images, starting the slideshow will work however, the progress bar at the top while the picture is displaying is always red. I have tried several way to workaround this, custom css all failed, i went to the core and edited the .css for the LightGallery where effectively the color red was set as the one for the progress bar, and still, the red is there. I was sucessful in editing the same color that was being applied to the hover and active thumbnails inside the slideshow, and that worked fine, but the progressbar I am stuck. Would appreciate some help, I use this plugin for several years and it is the first time I ask for some help.

I’m doing everything on my tablet. There are images in a gallery and I would like to edit some of them. It says “Add links by clicking the EDIT (pencil) button”. There is no Edit, no pencil. How can I edit the pictures on the tablet?

I would like to show a grid layout with 1:1 ratio images, even if the uploaded images are not square, and that they see the full size rectangular image when opening the image in the lightbox (similar to Instagram). Is this possible?

The following content is only shown some distance after the image gallery when I scroll. As soon as I refresh the browser (F5) the content is displayed correctly again.
Why is the following content pushed out after the gallery?

Hovering causes each gallery image to shrink to 0% in about .25s

This didn’t happen until recently.

Hello I am trying to troubleshoot this problem that was working in prior versions. So I have multiple final-tiles-galleries broken up into 4 tabs using the advanced tab blocks from the Essential Blocks plugin.

On loading the page the 1st tab of the block loads the gallery correctly. However when switching to a different tab it has loaded all the images in the next gallery in a straight line like on mobile.

Updating the window by resizing or maximizing it will trigger an adjustment to the gallery reflecting more in line with the correct display (although it has a lot of blank space left underneath from the initial positions). But this process only works on the selected tab until the window is updated again On mobile it seems to automatically update the page when switching tabs, so the problem is less of an issue.

Would love some suggestions on how to fix this behavior.

I love your plugin, but I have a real problem with displaying captions! Here’s the issue: To test, I enter 2 different texts in the “Images” gallery settings: one in the “Title” field, one in the “Caption” field.

• Only “Title” is taken into account. The “Caption” image field is always ignored and never displayed anywhere, neither on the thumbnail nor in the lightbox.
• “Title” only appears as a tooltip when hovering over the thumbnail – none of the settings in the “Caption” area are taken into account – opacity, color, size, position, etc.

I can easily disable the tooltip by just entering a space in the Title field (this can be perhaps useful to others), but since the caption is never displayed anywhere, it doesn’t solve my problem.

Is this a bug, a feature of the free version, or am I doing something wrong in the settings ? The image that has this title and caption is the 1st in the linked page.

Hey! So I asked this earlier in the year but had temporarily switched to a different gallery plugin. Well, I’d like to use Final Tiles again, but it still seems to load a little bit slow on mobile devices. It’s probably not the end of the world, but would like it to be faster if possible.

Am I the only one? Anyone else noticed this? If you go to my site it’s the “Portfolio” gallery on the landing page. The files should be small enough, and they seemed to load fairly quickly with the Jetpack tiled plugin. I just like the look of this one better.

The gallery looks nice on desktop, but the images show as broken images on mobile. Can you please assist?

Works if you run on 2022 theme but not on Divi

Tried disabling all plugins but still no good.
