Hello!
My name is Stuart Simon. I’ve come here from lots of plugins that look promising but don’t get me what I need, and I don’t know if I’m reaching any people when I ask questions about the other products. But your use of the JQuery Validation Engine is a godsend, for it offers a clean and predictable way to return errors. Is there a function, possibly ff_set_validator_options(), that I can use to set validator options globally? I have two date fields inside a repeating group, and I want to make sure that one is greater than the other in each of the entries. I could do this, if only I could set the AJAX validation URL, and use it to validate the entire form. More important, the global options of the form are where you override error messages. Ideally, I’d like to do this without forking the plugin.

]]>Hello, the only thing I’m missing in your plugin is the possibility to use a callback function for a specific page or field.
For the page, I found a solution by creating the page also with the standard add_menu_page but it’s not really satisfactory…
]]>I love this plugin and found it really easy to get started with.
One problem I had was that the “name” field, when creating a field with the field builder, doesn’t have any validation or explanation. I had errors with fields on post types not saving because I had given my fields names with spaces in. Perhaps it would be possible to do some validation on the “name” field when creating a field, so that this doesn’t happen; or at least a short explanation under the field.
Otherwise, as I say, a fantastic plugin! Thanks for creating it.
]]>In admin I get warnings for all fields on the page:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘DocServices’ in /home/…/public_html/htmc/wp-content/plugins/fields-framework/php/classes.php on line 842
It still works, but fills the screen with warnings before displaying fields.
I do not get these errors on my local virtual machine with 5.3 php.
I do not get any warnings for the Fields plugin itself.
Any suggestions?
]]>Hi, and thank you for this great plugin (hard to be configured…).
Is there a possibility to use nested repeaters?
]]>Hi,
I am using 3.7-beta1.
There is no validation for Section Admin Menu UID, and when it is left blank – there is not possible to delete created menu.
