It’s incredibly easy to set up and allows for seamless collection of text feedback, image uploads, and videos without requiring browser extensions. The two-way integration with Asana is exceptional, making it a versatile solution for managing client feedback. Clients can also track their submitted feedback and see its resolution directly on their website. If you’re looking for an efficient way to gather and manage feedback on your WordPress site, Feedbucket is the perfect choice.

We’ve probably purchased, used or tested the majority of tools on the market for getting website feedback and Feedbucket has to be the best!
It’s super simple to set up and gathering text feedback, image uploads, or video is a breeze.
There’s no need for browser extensions (that confuse your clients).
It has superb two way integration with a whole suite of tools (which most other tools don’t have).
If you’re looking for a way to get client feedback on a DEV or LIVE site straight into your task tool – this is it.
Clients can even see the feedback they submitted, and when it’s resolved right on their website.
Great work guys!

So happy we found this tool, save us so much hassle in sending screenshots and updates to the web agency.
Have been using this without the WordPress plugin for some time, but the plugin gave us the option to use in live environment.
Cool that you can activate this with different roles so you can limit the people making feedback and suggestions on the design. We use Feedbucket in live environment as we change the site continuously.
Free plan without limitations is rare to find, where other similar tool only have 14 day trials.
A final word though. This is a tool for sending feedback to developers from testers, so do not confuse with client feedback forms. Also I would say that Feedbucket works best with the integrations (we use Teamwork) that you can connect.
