We are running into an issue when looking at our order tracking – The date format seems to be off at the top where it says your order was shipped via FedEx on … October is the 10th month hence June 10th, the 6 in 2006 is June, and 24 is the year. Is this a known issue or something we can look at on our end. This is happening on all orders starting May 31st. Thanks for any help you can share.
]]>Hi there,
The main problem is that when I query the rates it goes to US server. I called to fedex they told me to change your api call to Indian server. Please help as I dont find any option on plugins page.
Thanks in advance.
]]>My 2×4 and 4×4 baskets will not ship via USPS, only FedEx from my site. I am located in zip 33953
The FedEx shipping seems to work for every location in the continental USA except locally. For instance use 33953 or 33043 and you will not get FedEx as a shipping option. Use 75006 (TX) and all is fine. Obviously I have not tested with every ZIP only a sample and have found only local zips that don’t work.
This happened only recently. I was testing after updating WP, plugins and PHP to V 7.4
]]>Hi.
My store does not show shipping methods for international shipments.
For domestic shipments it works fine, but for a purchase in Spain that they wanted me to do, it was not possible. My store is in Mexico. I have enabled the options for sale and shipping to any part of the world in the WooCommerce configuration.
My site is up to date:
WordPress version 5.5.3
WooCommerce version 4.7.1
FedEx WooCommerce Extension (BASIC) version 2.1.7
Can you help me, please?
]]>I’ve set up the plugin just as explained. I’ve got my Developer Test Key, Test Account Number and
Test Meter Number, and also I’ve got an email with my Web Services Password.
Still, when I try to buy on my website, I am getting this information: There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.
I’ve enabled Debug mode, and this is the problem:
[Severity] => ERROR
[Source] => prof
[Code] => 1000
[Message] => Authentication Failed
I’m aware that this means that I haven’t entered correct information when setting up the plugin, but I’ve tried many times, and those are the only account information I’ve got. I have found on your website screenshots of how to know what information goes to what field in plugin settings, and I’ve done it right.
My shop is shipping from Denmark, and I’ve tried to put some US address to checkout, and also I’ve tried with Danish address, but I’m getting the same message.
I am using basic, free version of the plugin.
So, can you please help me solve this problem? I’m working on this for a few days, and I’m pretty tired and helpless.
Thanks so much for your assistance. We have loved using the plug in. Prior to now it your plugin was the only option for shipping. Now with current events we would like to add in addition to the FedEx shipping plug-in, local pick-up. I cannot seem to get that to work and WP only referred me to you. Can you assist? Stay safe and thanks again
]]>I enter different zip codes and most of them are not working
]]>After installing and configuring the plugin I don’t see the Fedex shipping method available to add to shipping zones. And not showing up in front
]]>I have set all my products dimensions and weight in there and the rate do populate at checkout but when I go to fedex site and check the same dimensions I get different prices. Also I walked into fedex office and their rates were different as well. is there any fix for this?
]]>Hi there – i have installed and configured the FedEx plugin properly as per the documentation. I’ve added my FedEx Meter Number, Services Key, and Services Password. I’ve “enabled” it on the Settings page. I’ve also added an Origin Post Code, selected the Services I want displayed during checkout, etc. However, the shipping rates are NOT displaying on my website https://purelife.siteassembly.com/cart/
I see that this plugin was pulled from www.remarpro.com — does that mean it’s no longer supported, too?
Can you help! I’ve been working on this for days and I can’t seem to figure it out.
]]>I have tried all of the suggestions that I’ve found in different forums for this plugin but I still can’t get mine to work. I’ve checked my credentials, all my products have weights and dimensions. Here’s my code that I find in debug mode. Could someone please help? Thank you.

]]>I am using the Free version. I have Weight and Dimensions set up on each product. When I check Shipping on WordPress site the costs are:
* FedEx Ground: $84.01
* FedEx 2Day: $136.04
* FedEx Priority Overnight: $241.51
When I check things in my account on FedEx in the Shipping Rates and Delivery Times section in my Fed Ex account under the Shipping Tab, I get these results:
* FedEx Ground: $77.29
* FedEx 2Day: $74.82
* FedEx Priority Overnight: $128.00
The client does get a discount in their FedEx account that does not seem to be getting applied on the WordPress site. All of the settings for plugin are tied to this Fed Ex account.
Would the Premium version solve this problem I am having with the rates not matching our account?
Please let me know, thanks.
]]>How do I use this plugin to calculate the flat rate boxes (FedEx One)? I have checked the box to enable it in the settings but it is not offering it as an option even with small items that should fit in the flat rate box.
]]>Hello,
We’re using this plugin to calculate shipping costs to charge our customers. We noticed that it was overestimating the shipping cost, and when we looked into it, it seems to count each of the products in the cart as a separate package (eg. when ordering 100 of the same products, the quote is for 100 packages which costs ~$9000 for Overnight, but in reality they would all fit in one box for ~$200 for Overnight.)
I confirmed the costs on FedEx.com, and looking at the debug log for the plugin on the cart page, it shows:
[PackageCount] => 100
Have we missed a setting somewhere? Or is this a bug?
Thanks very much!
]]>my new website is wholesale website. it’s very easy to make weight over 150 lbs.
any setting can make the weight 200 lbs count as 2 package.
1 for 150 lbs.
1 for 50 lbs.
so FedEx can give the shipping price for it.
]]>I have watched the tutorial several times, and everything appears to be set properly.
I made sure the measurements were indeed added.
I have made sure SOAP is also active.
What ports does this plugin communicate on?
I have tested it on other hosts, and it works. However on my actual hosting account it does not.
This is kind of an urgent issue to resolve.
Thank you.

I have defined many shipping class in my system, for each there are many products associated to it, I want to restrict shipping Fedex service depending on selected product, for example, if user selected product one, only STANDARD_OVERNIGHT will be appear in his shipping list, if he select product two, FEDEX_EXPRESS_SAVER should appear

Thanks for a great plugin.

]]>ood day!
I am having this error on the check out page stating “ There are no available shipping methods to the country you provided.”
The following is set up:
REALTIME RATES and SHIPPING SERVICES are enabled
Product weights & dimension are missing
Shipping address is correct.
The shipping fee is being calculated however once already it is in the CHECK OUT page the error message ““ There are no available shipping methods to the country you provided.”
Please note also that the base currency we are using is AED and I am using the FEDEX basic.

Install the free version in my store but when I set up the fields that you request and do a test, it does not show me any field in my store.

]]>I’m having a lot of trouble getting accurate rates with this basic plugin. At times it charges the customer more than I am being charged, other times it’s not charging enough….I spoke to Fed ex and they listed several items that need to be adjusted:
Disable daily pick up
Address is wrong
Need to add dimensions of boxes to get weight formula correct
Each piece is being calculated as if it needs to be in it’s own box instead of some items grouped together in one box.
I have searched in settings high and low to find a way to change these and add the needed info…but cannot see where this can be done. Is this possible with the basic plugin or must you upgrade to premium to have these features available? It’s costing me some serious $$$! thanks in advance..
]]>I was attempting to troubleshoot woocommerce tax issue when something else happened. Retail orders were not showing any tax outside of California. This was weird, but most of the comments I found said to deactivate your plugins and test one by one by reactivating them. Order number is #64537
Thanks
]]>Hello Everybody, I’m asking for help. I have my woocommerce set up on US Dolars. I’m requesting for an international and national services. It’s very weird but shipping services work only international but national i get the error “No services available”.
National works for me if i change the currency of the woocommerce.
Have you seen a similar error?
]]>The calculated rates during checkout are way too high. I compared them by checking the rate on Fedex’s website for the same to/from zip codes and package weight and it is a huge difference. Calculated rates = $200+ vs. checking Fedex website = $54.

]]>When a customer tries to calculate shipping costs for their order, when shipping within the United States, the only shipping option they see is UPS. For some reason the FedEx option is not appearing.
When an international customer calculates shipping costs, they can choose between both UPS and FedEx.
Would anybody be able to share some insight into what could be causing this issue?
Thanks
