Good effort but not responsive. A shame, really, as this is the closest I’ve got to finding a category-based grid excerpt layout.

Hope you can update with some effects and lots of stuff ??

Hi,
Thank you for this nice plugin.
I had to spend a little ot time to figure out how to set it correctly but with the help of your quick support I used it.
Good plugin. If you are not inexperienced like me this plugin is very useful.
Thanks for the quick support too.

This is a great Plugin. Does what it it’s supposed to do. However, I think it’s lacking a little in graphics department. The pips and arrows, for example, are pretty bad looking. The black borders around the images and the shadows below the cells do not look good either (they are enabled by default, however you can easily remove them with a couple of clicks in the Plugin’s settings).
I’m currently using it to show a grid of recent posts in all categories, and I must say it has worked great so far.
I hope it continues to work in future WordPress versions as it’s not being actively developed and maintained.

Great plugin for anyone who wants to add featured posts. Fully customisable to accept posts with preset categories and/or tags. Can be inserted by modifying the theme or using a shortcode.
I definitely enjoyed using this one.

although it can be better, it’s the best plugin made for displaying recent custom post types.

Needs a few more controls, like both right and left Arrows, instead of just 1 custom arrow url.
-Perhaps even a more easy way to mod the CSS to create a set of skin.
Needs option to have Arrows at Ends of the row.
Text-overflow limit or crop at x characters or words is very important for the plugin, as some of us write long titles.
Otherwise, not bad. Out of all the ones I’ve tried so far, I think this is the one I’ll try to implement, even if I have to hack it.

I hope it will be updated soon

Great plugin, but lack the ability to automatically generate the grid (evaluation number of rows). For example, I do not want a few pages (only one page), but for one grid I need X lines, and for another – Y. I have set in FPG settings the maximum number of rows (X or Y), but then the bottom part of the grid with fewer posts will be empty. I’d want to add possibility to set automatic grid size with fixed number of columns.
