Hi There,
Congratz on this plugin, it is very useful. I would like to ask you if you could consider two improvements in your roadmap:
1 – Automatically line break if the users use blocks of text as the image caption. Currently, it just continues on one line.
2 – More google fonts: Could you support more google fonts by default? If not, is this something we could extend easily if the project requires so?
Thanks

]]>Hello Featured Image Generator,
Please I Purchased the pro version, but it’s not working, I have opened a support ticket but no response after the first response, in the first response, you asked me to send my login details, but I included a login link, which I resent.
It’s been 2 days now and no response. Please resolve this issue.
Thank you!
]]>Hi, It’s Possible To Have A Widget And Put It On A Page So User Can Generate Himself The Image And Download/Share It On Social Networks?
Thanks
Hi.
I have been using FIG for some time now, and I reallyl like this plugin.
But.. all of a sudden… it stoped working.
I get this error every time downloading:
Photo couldn’t download. Please check your host permission
Image GD is supported and I have checked all my file permissions..
I have not changed anything in my setup.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks
]]>Hi Aum,
I’m working for a client and I noticed this in my debug.log file:
[22-Oct-2020 08:35:31 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: post in /home/seaveno/domains/fortunedojo.com/public_html/test2/wp-content/plugins/featured-image-generator/admin/class-featured-image-generator-admin.php on line 115
I hope this helps you to improve the plugin.
Good job for your plugin.
Regards,
Vlad
I’m getting the “saving….” hang, I can search on Unsplash but it won’t save the image to my media and sits there saving forever.
I can apply filters and captions to the image but it doesn’t save. So the plugin is working. I’ve got my own API from unsplash for the Featured Image Generator and applied it. I tried it the first time using the default pre-filled API and no luck either.
I’ve removed and re-added the plugin with no success.
Help please the FIG looks great it just doesn’t work for me yet.
The Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin is pinpointing this issue with your plugin:
featured-image-generator/admin/js/featured-image-generator-admin.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
WordPress 5.5 removed jQuery Migrate, and so your plugin should be updated so it continues to work without the helper plugin, and works better with future version of jQuery and WordPress as well.

]]>PHP Notice: Undefined index: post in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/featured-image-generator/admin/class-featured-image-generator-admin.php on line 115
I regularly see this PHP Notice in the error_log file. What is this and how it can be solved?
]]>I wish this plugin would not create another meta box but just hook into the media library modal. Currently it is rather poorly integrated and complicated to use (always need to actually attach the newly saved image). But as soon as this would change I will go pro.
Any plans here?
]]>The error message is:
Please Check Your Unsplash API. Might be incorrected API or reached the limit 100 time per hour. ( Settings > Featured Image Generator )
Getting a new API number (key) does not solve the issue…
]]>Hi there!
Quick question before buying the pro version of your plugin. Is the crediting information provided by unsplash being incorporated when I integrate a picture from unsplash? I really like to give credit to the photographers who do a fantastic job.
Thanks in advance!

After process with gtxmetrix on homepage find one extra css:
/featured-image-generator/public/css/featured-image-generator-public.css?ver=1.0.0
Even I use FIG on this page (but not) to generate image why you add additional css, soe use cases? If it’s no neccessary may be integrate checkbox in options?
]]>Hi. Nice plugin, but you need to fix a few things.
In the process of downloading and selecting a photo from an external library and saving it to your media library, and attaching it to a post (which all happens in 3 consecutive steps) some things are forgotten.
The image gets saved with no title (usually the file name) nor ALT Tag (not usually saved, but could easily be the image title, if nothing else) and most importantly, it shows up in the media library unattached to any post/page/etc.
The image does in fact end up as the featured image for the post/page, but having the other “normal” associations and meta information saved during this process would be a baseline to ensure exists.
Thanks!
]]>I found an image through unsplash and trying to save it to media, but the button is stuck in the “Saving…” state and hasn’t moved…
Steps to reproduce:
1. I just installed and activated the plugin
2. Added my unsplash API key as the Application ID (it wasn’t clear that this is the value I was supposed to enter)
3. Created a new post
4. Clicked the Featured Image Generator link
5. Search for “moving” in unsplash
6. Select the photo
7. On the editor page, I click Save
8. Click on the ok button in the pop up dialog
9. Observe the button disables and changes to “Saving…” but does not proceed
I have gone out and back into the post and retried, I notice that the photo in unsplash now says “Downloaded” instead of “Choose”. Yet, the same issue remains, I’m stuck in the saving to media part and cannot proceed.
This seems like a good plugin if it would work.
Am I doing something wrong or is your server down?
Thanks!
Sadiq
Hello! First, thanks for this excellent plugin. It’s very helpful.
In the latest release 1.1.9, the FIG functionality is moved to a metabox for I assume Gutenberg compatibility.
However, it is now only appearing on posts, not custom post types as it had been on previous versions. Rolling back to 1.1.8 fixes the issue.
Could you either restore the FIG option on all custom post types or perhaps add a list of custom post types in the settings for which FIG is enabled?
Thanks!!

]]>Hi and thank you very much for this great plugin,
When I try this plugin in some of my websites, after searching for a picture and just right after clicking on it, I get a message about host permissions.
My Uploads folder is all good, I can upload any media with no problem, so I don’t know which folder I need to adjuste its permission.
Thanks for the support
]]>Hi there. This looks like a great plugin. Is it possible to add a call to action button (with URL) below the text? I’d like to use this to customize the feature image on my homepage with a call to action button. Thank you.
]]>I’m having trouble around font setting.
After I change font setting via admin page it stops generating preview image on “Editor” tab, no matter which font I choose.
I need to reinstall the plugin to resolve this issue.
When looked at the source code it seems like gd-lib.php is not working or doesn’t exist.
Could you check this out?
Great thank you for this awesome plugin.

]]>Hi!
I don’t know how I can do the following changes:
1. How can I select a zone in the image, that I want to use like featured image, when the image is bigger than the width/height that I have selected.
2. How can include a new line in caption text?
Thanks in advance! ??
