]]>There is a message and button showing at the bottom of our form that states ‘Please return to the prior page and enter an amount.’ with a button that says ‘go back’. The button doesn’t do anything when you click on it and if you are on the main form you shouldn’t need to go back to enter an amount as the amount is entered right on the form. Is there a way to get rid of the copy and button without hiding it via css.

I can work the payment via sandbox mode just fine but our customers as well as ourselves testing the issue, continue to get ‘Payment: Unauthorized’. Our merchant token is current. I am at a loss, and our company is losing money because our customers cant get the products they want to order ($1000+ last month lost). I am getting frustrated nice there is no obvious answer, even the last topic that was posted 8mo ago wasn’t remedied in the forum, so I’m not certain this is something that is fixable. Hello, I am using the FirstData and it was working fine with our site , but from last night we got an error on our payments that make credit card orders to be failed and the paypal ones is paying but not showing in woocoomerce back-end.
the error is : an error occurred please try again or try an alternate form of payment site.
I just check the log of my WordPress website and even woocoomerce and its not something related to my problem.

I’m running transactions on a new site and keep getting the following message:
Payeezy Gateway Credit Card Payment Failed (HTTP 401 Unauthorized: Unauthorized Request. Bad or missing credentials.)
I just linked up all of our client’s info from First Data – and they transaction attempt doesn’t even show on the First Data side.
They have one account working with a live site, and we are about to launch the new version of the site – but I can’t get transactions to go through.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

We’ve been using a First Data Payeezy plugin with no problem for awhile now. After upgrading to WooCommerce 3.0.7, we are now getting errors on all our payments on checkout. But then in the backend they are showing as Pending.
The error we get is:
Payment error: Server Error. Please contact Support. (52) – Terminal not Activated
We’ve contact Payeezy and they’ve stated that everything is fine on their end. So something within WooCommerce’s code has now conflicted with the payments. We tried reverting back to a previous version of WooCommerce but get the same error because the database was probably updated during 3.0.7. So after the update, there’s something that’s conflicting with this plugin that is making it so it’s not accepting payments anymore.
Will there be a quick release to fix this bug? Thanks.

I changed this manually everything seems to be working fine. Is there any way you can add a filter for the field type in the array that’s creating the CC field? (e.g. 'type' => apply_filters( 'filter-name-here', 'tel' );

Can i use custom form for payment processing instead of automated form generated by yoru plugin for Payeezy payment gateway?
]]>when i click the radio button to pay with credit card, the form does not show. it requires me to submit the form, which refreshes the page, which then throws the error i am missing credit card details, and then it processes as a credit card somehow. even though i did not actually type in any credit card data.

]]>We have serious problem about order got duplicated because “place order” button is still able to click more than once. When we connect the site to another gateway, the whole checkbox form got blocked when click “place order so the order/payment will not be duplicated. But when we connect with first data gateway, it didn’t get blocked for the whole checkbox so customer can still click after that and the order/payment is duplicated.
Do you have any suggestion for us? This is really serious now because our customer’s credit card got charge more than once.
