I don’t know why anyone would want to give a low rating for customer support, because my experience with Robert, the developer of the plugin went above and beyond to help me with connection and configuration setup. The plugin works very well and there is lots of customization and many features included in this plugin. At first, its a bit confusing, but you must play with it to get it the way you want it to function.
My hats off to Robert and his team, this is a great plugin! EXCELLENT and keep up the good work ??

Well, i can’t deny the fact that this product is ok, and it can meet my need. but i can’t tolerate the terrible support at all! They always could’t answer my questions in time although i was very very hurried at that moment, it is time-wasting, and they are not friendly as well, before i buying, they treat me as god, after i buying, they treat me as stranger. This feeling makes me down.

For weeks I was looking for a useful and payable chat plugin. Now I’m sure to found a plugin that has a very huge potential.
I needed a whole day to get the plugin running, because it looks not so comfortable like many other plugins. So it was necessary to read a lot. But this was good because now I can see how flexible the plugin is.
What I like:
1. Very cheap for testing just 20 Cents/per month for 20 concurrent chat users.
2. Customizable in styling if you know to handle CSS.
3. I can use a chat widget or a bottom or both versions + extra chat page.
4. Easy to configure the own native language version, starting from English file.
5. Works with WordPress v3.5.1 and BP v1.6.2
But the plugin has a lot of features more, I’m still testing the plugin.

Chatwing provides an excellent Free chatroom and shoutbox for any website or blog. It takes a moment to implement and has numerous features.
Chatwing does not require a wordpress plugin it is very simple to use.

Yes, someone is there and they do respond when you have questions.
The product looks quite interesting so far but I would like to see a stand alone server option perhaps and more details about the hosted resources.
Some customers don’t like talking with others when they don’t know where their text is going.
Looks good otherwise.
