why live chat messanger not showing in wocommerce pages?

How is this different than your messenger plugin?

Does it also have the problem of not allowing you to actually have a fullblown chat without the visitor going to facebook or bringing up messenger itself?

I just installed and set up the plugin, but I cannot seem to get the live chat to work. It will send a message to the user, but you must go off the website in order to see the conversation. In the screen shots on the plugin it shows a window just like on Facebook where you can chat while remaining on the website, I see the option for hello chat, and it is enabled, but still nothing. Any idea why this is?
