When using Ninja Forms, Fathom Analytics and Fathom Analytics Conversions, the Ninja Forms form doesn’t receive the event id from Fathom Analytics Conversions, and thus events aren’t tracked.
Fathom Analytics is installed and tracking traffic.
Tested with submitting an existing form
Tested by creating a brand new Ninja Forms form after Fathom Analytics Conversion plugin installation and still no luck after submitting a form.
Ninja Forms integration is enabled from settings.
Tracking for logged in users enabled
Tested also in incognito, with trackers & ads not disabled in browser
Tested with a completely separate mobile browser
Tested with WordPress 6.6.2, Ninja Forms 3.8.18 and Divi Theme.
]]>I’m using this plugin with gravity forms and gravityflow, for the most part it’s working great but whenever I update the entry in the workflow and try to save, it causes an error redirecting to a blank page with a thank you for contacting us message. Any advice on how to make these two plugins work together?
]]>The conversions meta box is showing up as an option on every single post type in WordPress – even ones where it’s definitely not relevant – for example ACF Field Group or SEO Press Redirections.
Is it possible to check for register_post_type > public being set to false and not show it in that case?
A setting on the settings page to hide/show per post type would also be great to put on the feature request list, but I think just hiding on non-public CPTS would be easier to implement and a great place to start.
Thanks for considering it!
]]>Hi there,
First of all, thanks for creating this easy to use plugin for FA.
I have the plugin working and sending events to my FA dashboard, specifically the fluent form.
However, the CSS class is not registering.
On https://nfuontario.ca, you see a green announcement bar with a “Learn More” link. That link has a span class id=”announcement-bar-link”. It shows in the page inspector. And in the plugin’s settings page, I have the following information: https://imgur.com/a/SIKlbsU
Does it look like I’ve set this up correctly? Do you have any advice for troubleshooting?
Thanks!
]]>Thanks for the great plugin and all of the excellent existing integrations.
We would love to see GiveWP conversion tracking added eventually. We can get the basics we need by using a separate thank you page for now, but it would be great to use the hooks so the AJAX submit (no reload/unique thank you page) would work, plus have $ value tracking available.
]]>New to Fathom Analytics here! Thank you for building this plugin. It made the Gravity Forms event generation on Fathom super easy.
One big issue, is that we are not seeing any of the event completions appear on the Fathom dashboard. All of our gravity forms event IDs do appear on the Fathom Settings -> Events, so the connection appears to be working fine. It’s event tracking that does not appear to be reporting.
We have had several form submissions since we installed this plugin and none of those appear under Events in Fathom.
Any idea what could be the issue?
]]>I’ve been using this plugin for several months and it has been working flawlessly. This month, however, I noticed that the WooCommerce conversions it is reporting is way off. Fathom is reporting nearly double my actual WooCommerce orders for this month. I’m not sure if this is due to a change in WooCommerce (I generally keep it updated to the most current version) or a change in Fathom Analytics.
]]>We work with Gravity forms. The conversions are automatically created in Usefathom. Only the completion of the forms is not visible as an achieved event in Usefathom. The visitors are redirected to a page immediately after completion. Can this cause this?
]]>Hi, thanks for creating this plugin. I’m using Gravity Forms. I have a dropdown, which corresponds to pricing plans. It’s not a checkout form, just a simple form to receive requests. Is it possible to assign a field value to the event value in any way? Thanks.
