The Tools function of the FE Admin shows in the “Sold Tickets” the total count a value which is double the value of the actual sold tickets.
I have two types of tickets, Adult and Children. When for example 63 Adult tickets and 7 Children tickets are sold, the overview shows:
Adults 63
Children 7
140
I would have expected 70 instead of 140.
This happens for all my three events and also in the “Events” overview and details screens.
Did I do anything wrong here?
Thanks,
Frans
Is it possible that when you select 4 tickets that you also have to enter 4 names/addresses?
So when there are 4 different participants we can address them seperately (so they can receive different personlized certificates?
As I can see untill now there is only one NAW possible (you can’t define upfront if more NAW is needed….
maybe the dumbest question ever…how do I add an event to a page.
I’ve created an event, but where can I found it on my website?
Using input fields there are two issues; they show ‘undefined’ when not filled with some old values, apparently. But this is not blocking.
Secondly the form post show an ‘.. is not valid JSON’ message. It sais exactly: ‘unexpected token ‘<‘, “
TypeEr”… is not valid JSON. And this is blocking..
Hello,
I try to create an order using the ordering api and postman.
I have an event with a ticket type named: test.
As param I also send: tickets –> [{“v0802e”:1}] (with the id of the ticket type.
However as the response I get:
{
"code": "missing_param",
"message": "Ontbrekend ticket type: test",
"data": {
"status": 400
}
}
Does someone know how I can fix this?
Hello,
The plugin looks very promising, but I can’t use at all, because it seems there is a problem with API Key code (I generated it many times). I can’t use the app as well and other services due to the problem.
