We’ve been a user of your plugin for sometime now (years) however, we’ve just realised your FAQ Responsive toggle no longer expands.
Looking at the back-end I can see each of the sections but not the nested data underneath.
I don’t want to try anything and risk losing data, so I’ve messaged you straight away!

]]>I set this plugin up years ago and it has worked perfectly for a long time, so thank you. That being said I checked my website and noticed all of the FAQ’s were gone. Fortunately I had a word document saved but I had to start from scratch. Afterwards, it seems the menu won’t toggle open on either Edge or Firefox. I’ve changed the settings and put them back and it still doesn’t work. Any clues?

I have installed the plugin and completed a number of FAQ’s. The issue I am having is clicking the “+” symbol will expand the FAQ, but then it closes almost immediately without you being able to read it.
How can I stop it closing without you clicking the “-” sign.

I have used multiple accordion in this page. My google search console is pointing to an error “Duplicate FAQPage”. How can i solve it?

Also on mobile view I am having the same problem where all the questions are appearing below the icon.

My FAQ description is combining list text into one big long paragraph instead of the second part being on the next line. How can I go about fixing this to have a cleaner look? thank you.
]]>No matter which settings I use or order that I place the FAQ’s, only the last section on the page has toggles that work. On the page link that I sent, the video transfer section is set to toggle, but the toggle buttons are clearly not active. Video editing FAQ is not set to toggle, but does.

This really is a great plug-in, far better than many others I’ve tried by a long margin.
Is there a way to change the font type to that used for the main content of the website and still have the ability to adjust the font size with the slider provided for title and description? This would be a massive plus point if possible.

I can’t get the toggles to work, it just moves the content up the page when you click on the title.

]]>I have a couple of long titles/questions that continue on a second line. Several of them do it in mobile view. This causes the entire two-line title to move down and start below the open icon. Instead, the first line should look like the other titles, and the second line should continue below the first, with the same left margin.

I am using your great plugin for a clients website. The problem is, that the responsive menu of the used theme doesn’t work properly when your plugin is active. As soon as it is deactivated, everything works perfekt.

Faq titles that are longer than one line, start under the open/close icon instead of right next to it. Is there a way to prevent this? See this website for an example.
]]>When a FAQ title is long enough to wrap to a second line, the entire title gets pushed down below the expand/collapse icon. However, on titles which are short enough to display on a single line, the title is to the right of the expand/collapse icon.
See an example:
When a FAQ title contains double quotes the title is truncated at the first double quote when saved. For example the question: What does “foo” mean? is truncated to What does.
