I managed to show an album with this plugin in a page using a shortcode and it works well, but for some reason the lightbox effect (the image opening in a fancy popup window) is not working. When I click on a picture from the gallery, it opens in a new browser tab instead of in the popup.
Has anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix it?

In an older version of my site I was able to use the facebook vinyl plugin to show my photo’s as in this page: https://www.sogband.nl/gallery/live-photos
However after updating the photo’s imported from facebook look like this: https://www.sogband.nl/gallery/i-was-there-publieksfotos
Could you maybe help me find what is going wrong?

When I add two different shortcodes for two different galleries to the same page, for some reason it inserts text from another page between the two galleries. The text exists nowhere in the visual or text view of the editor, nor is there any kind of call out or function that should bring this text up. It is from another page that is in no way connected to the gallery page. Can anyone help?

You can see the text between the galleries that starts with “services include” and has a full paragraph. This should not be here at all… very confused as to why it’s getting called up. Is there another way I should be posting multiple galleries?

I have this plugin working fine on other sites etc but for some reason can get this install to work correctly…
However if i put in a different facebook page name/id it shows their albums…. but why won’t it show the page i want? This page is brand new (only 2 weeks old) could that be an issue?
It does seem to find my page, but the select gallery option has no albums listed.
How does it take the plugin to find newly added albums.

below the Facebook Page and then the Facebook Gallery, finally when I give insert gallery. nothing happens, does not load anything, please help urgently

I have a small problem with facebook vinyl. It’s not important function, but I’m still wondering if there is a way to fix it.
On my website https://www.velkykostol.sk/hudba/organy/fotodokumentacia-oprava-organa-vk-2012/ (in slovak language) I have a photo album from facebook via facebook vinyl. Everything is working! But — if I hover a photo, it shows the facebook page title (CZ ECAV Bratislava Staré Mesto) for every photo, not album/photo names (or description). And, as the album title it shows the facebook page title as well (because of I have to use shortcode [fbvinyl id=393773587397964 title=””].
Does anyone have any suggestion what could be wrong? Thank you very much for any help!!!

I have confirmed that my page is a “real” page (one of the common problems I have seen) but when I’m on the “Pick a Gallery” page I put in the name of my page and… nothing. The Facebook Gallery popup menu doesn’t get populated with any information and… I’m stuck.

]]>Just the other day, after updating to 1.0.1, Facebook Vinyl stopped working for me. It won’t pull the pictures from Facebook anymore, it only shows links. Even then, the links won’t take you to facebook, but back to the same page you are on. Any ideas? Here is what I mean, thanks!

This is perfect for my site as I have been running a facebook page about old skool music and sharing my music collection.
I also have about 10000 flyers on the facebook page but have set up a small album just for this and it is all perfect, apart from I can not seem to find the code to align the pics in the centre of the page or make it 3 columns so it fits better.

I know the place in the php code where to modify it, but I do not know what to change in the PHP code to allow the Facebook Description to keep its html formatting. I wish to have all my
